Wonderful people. Real weights plus excellent equipment. Roomy. Doesn't have some more common YMCA options and maintained some of the Golds feel and equipment BUT that attracts more young athletes and fitness/physique competitors yet still very family friendly.

Throw on the headband, the crew socks, and get yourself a wholesome workout! Friendly staff, great facility. Bring your smile and get a sweat on!

Great selection of equipment and always clean. Much better than average YMCA if you like lifting weights. There is plenty of cardio and weight machines as well. No pool though.
