Overall this has worked well for us and I would only have minor complaints.
However, they keep not fixing the air conditioning and it is unnecessarily hot inside. I can understand it being down for a few days, maybe even a few weeks. But at this point it has been broken all summer. I can't help but think that it's an intentional cost cutting tactic - which is pretty pathetic considering the cost and donations they receive.
Update: They did finally fix the AC, though it's still strange it took so long.

Great pools and wonderful staff. Very friendly place to work out and swim.

My Dad and I came here a week ago. I liked the pool and the instructor for the one class I took in studio 2 was grate. But the women's lockers, OMG! At least half shower heads broken, most of the paper dispense were broken, the other half showers either ice cold or super hot. And the slime!!! It was like everything in the women's locker was covered with snot. Ewwwwwww. My Dad said the men's was just as bad. He is a plumber contractor and said most of that is an easy fix. Fix the women's showers and clean the shower rooms. They r grossssss!

Love the instructors and most of staff but the locker rooms? Dear gawd!!! There's slime on top of slime in the showers. At least half the shower heads don't work. There's brown mold on the floors that looks like you know what. Either SCRUB the shower stalls or replace them. And FIX THE PLUMBING.

Was absolutely loving this gym and the location, but the child watch program is a joke . They have found Every excuse in the book why my daughter needs to be picked up every time I drop her off , today it was because she had a booger and they didn’t even wipe her nose , she’s not even 2. I Won’t be bringing my child back here.

Unaffordable prices. It's a great option for low income household, and I really do love that for them them, but the YMCA leaves out middle class families with their unreasonable rates. $60/month is their discounted rate. Absolutely wild, especially considering they get state funding. I'd love to be a member, but anything more than $40 is a hard no.

We just joined and we were very pleased with the help getting signed up. So, I signed up for the Wellness orientation. I called to see if my partner and I could attend together and was told I needed to call Wellness Coach but the phone was never answered. I made a reservation and we just went together. NO ONE SHOWED UP! We were told we could just hang around an hour to see if someone showed up. VERY disappointed! I had questions and was hoping for some answers.

Terrible website, so hard to get signed up for swimming lessons. The one sports program we did was a total joke, also unsafe.
Update. After meeting with a YMCA team member, it seems that they are working on the problems. I appreciate that they actually took the time to talk to me!

It should be illegal to operate in 90, 100 degree heat with no air conditioning. Hoping they credit their members for the inconvenience this month. If they don’t I’m searching for different gyms. $60/month can find me something else.

You guys charge $60 a month for one gym membership but can’t get air conditioning in your gyms? Not only is this dangerous but as a member it makes me wonder where all that money goes. The only thing you guys seem to update (here and there) is workout equipment. Safety and comfort of your members should be your number one priority. Bottom line

It’s “hotter than normal” meaning it’s always hot. Air conditioning down or not this gym is ALWAYS hot. The water filter hasn’t been changed in weeks or months and remains on red. Too many underage kids in the workout area. The rooms are always locked when not in session and the staff won’t give you the key to go stretch/do yoga. There’s one heavier set woman (staff) who always has an attitude. I drive out of my way to go to the valley location. Never had any issues there.
