Unaffordable prices. It's a great option for low income household, and I really do love that for them them, but the YMCA leaves out middle class families with their unreasonable rates. $60/month is their discounted rate. Absolutely wild, especially considering they get state funding. I'd love to be a member, but anything more than $40 is a hard no.

We just joined and we were very pleased with the help getting signed up. So, I signed up for the Wellness orientation. I called to see if my partner and I could attend together and was told I needed to call Wellness Coach but the phone was never answered. I made a reservation and we just went together. NO ONE SHOWED UP! We were told we could just hang around an hour to see if someone showed up. VERY disappointed! I had questions and was hoping for some answers.

You guys charge $60 a month for one gym membership but can’t get air conditioning in your gyms? Not only is this dangerous but as a member it makes me wonder where all that money goes. The only thing you guys seem to update (here and there) is workout equipment. Safety and comfort of your members should be your number one priority. Bottom line

It’s “hotter than normal” meaning it’s always hot. Air conditioning down or not this gym is ALWAYS hot. The water filter hasn’t been changed in weeks or months and remains on red. Too many underage kids in the workout area. The rooms are always locked when not in session and the staff won’t give you the key to go stretch/do yoga. There’s one heavier set woman (staff) who always has an attitude. I drive out of my way to go to the valley location. Never had any issues there.

It should be illegal to operate in 90, 100 degree heat with no air conditioning. Hoping they credit their members for the inconvenience this month. If they don’t I’m searching for different gyms. $60/month can find me something else.

AURRRRGH!! I AM SO MAD BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEE 'CODY'!!!! ????! This man said I was TOO SHORT to go into the POOL! PEOPLE CAN SWIM YA KNOW! It was also very disrespectful AND VERY rude. ????????????????????????????????

The "lifeguards" made several kids take off their water wings and one woman was not allowed to use the infant float because they deemed them "unsafe" but the kids could throw a ball around and hit people in the heads. Not sure how water wings and life vest are unsafe but the kick boards are ok.

Terrible website, so hard to get signed up for swimming lessons. The one sports program we did was a total joke, also unsafe.Update. After meeting with a YMCA team member, it seems that they are working on the problems. I appreciate that they actually took the time to talk to me!

Went here for swimming part of the pool was closed but it's okay cuz the guy was nice and let me and my boyfriend swim for the price of one person so that was really nice of him and I had lots of fun even though part of the pool was closed and I would definitely come back and the lifeguards aren't annoying and didn't ruin my fun

I live closest to this YMCA but it is my least favorite. The pool and gym hours are ridiculously limited and the Lazy river is never open. Hire some people

Went here with my client to get him signed up for a membership, and was in line first, had maybe 2-3 people get helped before we did even though we were in line. One star for poor service and not considering my client’s disability.
