Yoke's should not have a postal contract with the USPS if they are unwilling to handle the workload of a post office and are constantly get angry with customers who bring in packages to be mailed. If you don't want postal customers lining up at your guest services counter where your postal location is at, maybe you should consider separating them into two separate lines and actually have a clerk there who is trained on how to process mail like a postal clerk.

"24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case, coincidence? I think not" absolutely love this yokes better than liberty lake and eagle ridge lovely asthetic and lots of natural lighting. did not get accused of stealing sushi at this yokes, lovely sushi selection btw, shoppers look normal and freindly. bathroom is nice. many tall people made be uncomfortable but that is a uncontrolled variable so review stays at 5 starts. also found some baddies at this yokes so 5 stars. W donught section.

Deli is scheduled and has sign and confirmed over the phone that they close daily at 6pm. Yes when I showed up at 5:02 pm a man told me deli is closed for the day and told me I should have checked hours online....I kindly showed your employee the sign right in front of the deli counter and then he looked away and said sorry. Why have a sign then. Also I called on my way to confirm hours to avoid this and whomever I spoke with did confirm that the deli closes at 6pm daily.

I've heard some good things lately about Yokes deli's and the burgers and sandwiches they make. It was time to try it out. I'm so glad I did. I had the Turkey Club and it was absolutely loaded. I had mine hot, and the bread was crisped perfectly. Super tasty and again, they didn't skimp on ingredients. I chose the mac salad as the side and it was also a huge portion and very tasty. This will be a definite go to when in the area because these sandwiches are also very reasonably priced. The sandwich combo's are just $6.99, regular price. Wow.

This Yokes location is one of the really nice ones; its decor reminds me of Vegas, and even the customer service bites when I got coffee here this week - I was very disappointed to see that they have a sign on the bathrooms saying your receipt would have the restroom code. This day I needed the restroom bad, then I intended on doing a buy, grab, and go w/my coffee but you can't go to the restroom first, you have to shop w/a full blatter, wait in line for a cashier, then get your receipt which has the restroom code on it. For that reason alone I will NEVER again shop at this location. To me it's very disturbing so if you have any plumbing medical conditions, which I don't but I found this an outrage...THIS IS NOT THE STORE YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME IN. BTW: the restroom was dirty so what's the point? I use Yokes b/c I like their coffee and you can sit to eat in their dining area. Most of my experiences have been pleasant but that's b/c I use the Mead location - the South Hill one not so much. I get my matcha tea here it's the real stuff (like green) but like $17 for a small container; my Matcha helps in the morning to reach my natural joy - I put two teaspoons of powder in my handheld blender w/3 tablespoons of GV creamer from Walmart so I don't have to use other sugars, then I mix in half of prepared hot Yogi tangerine energy tea from Walmart?, then blend it & pour it all into the cup of the remaining hot tea - sometimes I have to reheat that portion. Yokes allows me to buy this item in person.

This is deli-only review. The last 3 times in a row that I have gone to ask for sliced meat the folks behind the counter just mope around behind the counter acting like I'm not there, then act like I'm interrupting what they are doing. Last time was March 11th AM. No thank you, have a nice day, or any basic customer service abc123 stuff.... If it only happened once I would chaulk it up to someone just having one of those days. This is like the 3rd time in a few weeks. Not even the same people....it seems department wide. Long story short....food and deli stuff looks great. Service sucks.

This rating is for the Yokes Market on Foothills Blvd and not for any other Yokes store. We shop regularly at the Yokes in Liberty Lake and are very pleased with the customer service there. We were at a business near the Yokes on Foothills Blvd, we thought "gee, this is great, we can do our shopping while we're here and get two things done with one trip." Nope, not so. Like other reviewers have commented, there are no employees at Yokes Foothills to check you out and take your money. We walked into the store around 11AM, tried to order some food from the deli/grill but they were too busy to take our order (and they were really busy, the grill was full). We decided to buy some groceries and take home items and hit the road. But, there were only two check stands open plus the self-check area, there were lots of shoppers backed up in the check out area but no employees to handle the customer load. We wondered if we made a mistake and we were in a WalMart store. After waiting for a while for the line to move, we finally just took a few items to the deli (sandwich, sushi, drink) and bought them, left the store. We're surprised that an upscale store like Yokes doesn't staff their stores to take cake of customers.

Review based on grill part of deli only. They need SERIOUS help! For the past 3 weeks Ive bought two burgers each time. The first two times I was told 15 minutes and gave them 20 minutes before I even left my house which is fairly close by and got there in five minutes later and then literally ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. The third time I called in an order at 3:45 and said I would be there at 4:30 to pick up and I had to be somewhere by five and I went in and my burgers were literally just being put on the grill when I gave them 45 minute notice and was told that was plenty they only needed 15 or so. Totally unacceptable. Couple times I have called the person answering the phone in the deli I don’t know what her name is but she’s been very rude and very unappreciative of the business and sounds like she’ll be much rather doing literally anything else. She is constantly rude and no way inviting to use yokes fresh Grill service whatsoever. I’m gonna give them one more chance and if they can’t handle it I’m done. It’s a shame too because their burgers are delicious but they can’t seem to handle the workload. Somethings going on and it needs fixed

Do not get your prescriptions filled here. They absolutely do not care about their customers. My son has been trying to get his prescription filled for weeks. He even went on a three way call with the insurance company who can't understand why the pharmacy is so bad. All 7 members of our family are moving our prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Best pharmacy in Spokane! Caring, compassionate staff who always go above and beyond while somehow smiling! They bill most private and all state insurance’s too! Amazing given increased COVID demands with decreased helping hands. Maybe it’s because Yokes is employee owned? Could very well be the rock pharmacist leading the team. Both? Whatever it is, thank you, Yokes!

They didn't have my scripts in stock and had to order them, over twenty four hours to get them, if I get them tomorrow, last time I use this pharmacy. Called at about nine thirty am on a Thursday, told they wouldn't have them until Friday after one pm.

I love shopping at yokes more than most places. My only gripe now is they changed their chicken strips in the hot case and now they are just terrible! please go back to the old recipie.

So, I'm a big yokes fan. I like the store and I like their products. The pharmacy, however, leaves a bit to be desired. The people are awesome, normally. But their online interface is severely lacking. They have one but it barely works. Half the time I try to log in and get nowhere as it won't log me in. Sometimes the log in field doesn't even load, it's just a blank page. I don't know why it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't work. I just want to be able to view my prescriptions and refills and it just won't let me. So I may have to start looking at other places as being able to reliably look up my refills is a big deal to me so that I'm not bothering the pharmacists and techs, plus it's quick and easy. Which this just isn't.

Britney told me I could die rather than giving me life saving blood pressure medication, and I would rather not die. I petition to change her name to Pharmacy Karen.
