Yoke's should not have a postal contract with the USPS if they are unwilling to handle the workload of a post office and are constantly get angry with customers who bring in packages to be mailed. If you don't want postal customers lining up at your guest services counter where your postal location is at, maybe you should consider separating them into two separate lines and actually have a clerk there who is trained on how to process mail like a postal clerk.

I believe the majority of the deli staff are inept. They have no business doing anything except preparing food. Orders should be placed with Customer Service so there is a record of what is ordered, so that when a mistake (which happens more often than not) is made, there is no question who made it. The deli encourages large orders to be placed in advance. I've done that. I've ordered 3 lbs of wings and when I get to the store, they've prepared 2.5 lbs. I went to pick up my 3 lb order last night and there was no order. The assistant deli manager was so indifferent. I was upset and she stood there smiling. My frustration was comical to her. What God awful customer service. The store manager spoke to me and decided it was more important to chastise my language than to address the utter lack of customer service and accountability of the deli counter staff. The food quality is great, the deli staff are horrid.

Been shopping at Yokes for about twenty three years, I guess, fifty bucks cash back is just to much for them to handle, declined my check, the check was good, i guess yokes can't afford fifty bucks cash back , when they charge over twenty for ONE steak. Thousands of dollars spent at this store, I even take friends that don't have cars there to shop. Might be time to find a new store that values customers that spend thousands of dollars over decades. The manager signed off on the check, the clerk tried, it must be corporate, if you need more then twenty bucks cash back, better go to a different store. Who at corporate thinks that twenty bucks is a lot of money ? Have you been grocery shopping lately, you can't even do fast food for twenty bucks, what a joke. What business declines a check that is golden, from a customer that has been a customer for over two decades, that spends thousands of dollars at your store, apparently they do at YOKES, what do you think the odds are that I will be going to Yokes anytime soon? Pretty much zero, at this point.

Store itself is great. Selection, alt foods (think crunchy vegan) is great. Huge beer selection. Deli, bakery, hot foods, and sushi on point. Due to area, some folks are sketch, but for the store quality and selection, totally worth a stop. Can seem a bit pricey, but depends on what you get.

Love the produce, cleanliness, variety, prices, sales, ( don’t have to buy 50 to get sale price), as well as friendly, fast service! My favorite grocery store to shop. Also love that they’re open late..( till midnight every day). ?

"24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case, coincidence? I think not" absolutely love this yokes better than liberty lake and eagle ridge lovely asthetic and lots of natural lighting. did not get accused of stealing sushi at this yokes, lovely sushi selection btw, shoppers look normal and freindly. bathroom is nice. many tall people made be uncomfortable but that is a uncontrolled variable so review stays at 5 starts. also found some baddies at this yokes so 5 stars. W donught section.

Great bakery with lots of options compared to other grocers. Lots of fresh foods and a nice organized organic section. Higher prices than I'd like, but for the basics and a few other "once in a while" items, they're not too bad. Much nicer store than a Safeway/Albertsons and lots of wiggle room.

Yoke's is a great supermarket, especially if you are a connoisseur of imported meats and cheeses. I find that the selection is rather very similar or equable to Fred Meyers, but on a smaller scale. Likewise, Yoke's also hosts a nice variety of local foods from nearby farms and diaries as well as their imported overseas items. Yoke's Fresh Market offers a "cultural" feeling unlike one from, say, other stores...........Whenever feasible, I'd prefer to give Yokes the business as opposed to some other stores.

Steadily going downhill. Prices are higher than just about everywhere else and selection has gone way down too. Plus now they are having clerks running after shoplifters for $10 worth of stuff risking injury that will cost hundreds of thousands. Now we know why the higher prices. Have had to reduce our grocery shopping there for ONLY on sale stuff and that is it. They really need to overhaul their business concepts.

Nice grocery store. They have a wonderful produce section, a nice meat and seafood case, a lovely selection of specialty cheeses from all over and a very nice natural foods section. For those of you that like this stiff they also have a decent selection of wines and beers.

They should take "Fresh" out of the name. At least 3 times in the last year, I've had to take "fresh" food back and exchange it. However, they're always nice and understanding about it, but never looks surprised by the food I show them.

Love Yoke’s BUT, I have a small suggestion. My wife and I love the yogurt and granola cups in the Deli but when you take the top lid off, the small plastic granola cup is swimming directly in the yogurt! Unsanitary, and the little cup of granola is covered in yogurt! Could you please tape the granola cup to the top of the container of yogurt? It would look much more appealing and sanitizing to customers. Thanks!

Deli is scheduled and has sign and confirmed over the phone that they close daily at 6pm. Yes when I showed up at 5:02 pm a man told me deli is closed for the day and told me I should have checked hours online....I kindly showed your employee the sign right in front of the deli counter and then he looked away and said sorry. Why have a sign then. Also I called on my way to confirm hours to avoid this and whomever I spoke with did confirm that the deli closes at 6pm daily.
