The Lady was rude and lazy I had to wait while she was ready to let me pay for my items when I asked her about some of the nicotine pouches she was very vague and rushed me no one one even in the store besides us I asked her if I could look at the two option to see what I would like and she told me no that I have to buy it before I hold it ! I said why would that be a problem she didn’t give me a reason, I couldn’t believe the way she was treating a customer very rude and a lazy attitude I won’t be going here when she’s here. Horrible customer service.

They no longer take fleet cards at the pump, and no plans to fix the issue, so I stopped coming here

Don't work customer service if you don't like people and can't put on a happy face

The shorter gal who was working there today is awesome! Always in a positive helping mood. Even when I go there with a total bad attitude she puts a positive spin on the day.

Absolute garbage service, slow, machines often in disrepair. Was much better with old Zip Trip staff

I come here fairly regularly and haven't had any issues. The staff here are friendly, and have so far been effective at getting me out quickly.

Stopped in today for a drink. Two workers, 1 looked like she was reading paperwork the other was standing there eating. I set stuff on counter and stood there for a bit before either one decided to help. The younger Shorthaired gal said she could help on the other side so I grabbed my stuff. The older gal said "I guess I can get you here" as I was walking away. Then she said "or not" in a snotty tone. Worst customer service I've seen there in a while. Their job is to literally ring up customers. And apparently they would rather do nothing but read or eat a candy bar. Laziness at it's finest. I won't be back for a while and if I do decide to go in again if those two are working I will turn around and go to the next gas station.

I'd give this store minus if I could. Every time I try to use this facility on Nine Mile Road they have issues. Today your gas sign read $3.55 a gallon the pump read 3.69. I question it and was told your sign was broke and wouldn't drop my price. WTH. I am done with this store period.

It's brutally cold on December 22, there are only a little over 8 and a half hours of daylight this time of year, and Nom Nom refuses to pump propane after dark! People count on you to stay warm, and most are at work during the little bit of daylight we have this time of year! Terrible!

Went there after a hike to buy a six pack. As I entered the door two employees where behind the counter, one of who was glaring at me. I was taken aback but went to the cooler and grabbed my choice of beer and approached the counter to wait in line. As I waited I looked up and saw the same employee continue to glare at me. We had a stare down and she finally looked away. This employee's name tag read Mercedes. The second employee I am familiar with and is always nice and calls you 'hon'. NOT Mercedes. As I was waiting in line the nice employee said 'We are having a shift change, it will be about five minutes'. Another customer approached the counter and asked to buy a lotto ticket. Mercedes said very abruptly 'it will be a few minutes' as she stood and brooded while the nice employee closed out her till. After the shift change Mercedes rang up my order without a please or thank you. I would like to think that maybe someone was just having a bad day but to be quite frank I think that I looked too white for Mercedes as is the only reason I can think of as to why she would show such unprovoked hostility toward me as I walked in and as I approached the counter. You could just FEEL the hatred and her sulking appearance was in quite contrast to the other employee who was connected to an oxygen bottle but who still showed kindness to those who entered the store. Mercedes needs to work somewhere else where she does not have to endure the presence of white males. Really, that was what this was all about.

I used to make my morning stop there before heading to work. No longer will that be the case. There’s only 1 woman that works there that has any sense of customer service. Other than that I’m subject to the other people that work there and their short and cold responses to any questions you may have.
