I have been going to Swannack Vet Clinic for years. They are top notch and take the time to explain the issues that you may need to know with your pet and their needs all the while understanding the value you place on this pet. They are current with the ever. changing medical practice. While they treat your companion animal....they also specialize in large animal care. A great group of doctors and staff....highly recommend!!

I had an emergency with my pup. When no other vet could get me in Jill got me in immediately. The entire staff was very compassionate and caring. My girl was in very good hands and was extremely well cared for. 100% worth the drive I will be bringing the rest of my animals here and recommend others do so as well.

Extremely down to earth approach with respect to the clients and animals that they care for. Very professional and willing to answer any questions you might have. They are not looking to up charge you for every bit of their service, yet still go above and beyond!

I just adore this business and the people working there. I want to give a big shoutout to Dr. John who just joined the clinic. I think we were his first clients in the area. He is very talented, experienced and such a kind and helpful person. I have my Veterinary service for life.

Both Doctors in this office are absolutely amazing! The medical staff is wonderful. Very helpful and so informative. Our dog got shot and Doctor Jill saw him after hours and he has made a full recovery thanks to this office. They have helped us so much. Highly recommend! Will always be a client.

I would personally recommend Swannacks office. My elderly black labrador a year ago was seen at a different office. She had numerous and copious amounts of health issues. It was saddening to hear here previous vet wouldn't help her because she was "old" and it was typical. Upset at the answer I looked for the best of the best and ended up at Swannacks office. Jill, took her time analyzing my dog Nala. She was not deterred at the fact she was old. She was only focused on my dog nala and her well being. Nala, was prescribed ample amounts of meds to help her well being. Jill, was able to help Nala live the rest of her life happy and healthy. Nala, was a happy and healthy dog because of Jill. Unfortunately, Nalas age caught up to her and was suffering with not being able to walk and it was such a heart breaking choice to make and she did cross the rainbow bridge. With much compassion and care Jill's office made sure she was most comfortable and we were with the process. I highly recommend Swannacks office. I live in Spokane and it is worth the 2 hour drive for Nalas care everytime she visited the office.

Dr Jill and staff took excellent care of my twins' elderly lab, Nala. Dr Jill took the time to listen to their concerns and address each one. With the care Nala received, Nala and the twins had another year of love together. Recently, Nala had to cross the Rainbow Bridge. It wasn't an easy decision, but one that was made easier knowing that Nala was going to be in good hands. The staff was compassionate and took the time to explain the steps. I highly recommend Swannack Veterinary.
