“I brought my 2022 subaru outback wilderness in for a new windsheild. The dealership wanted to charge over $1000 stating the cost to recalibrate the camera safety / cruise control system at ~$600. Glass tech quoted me under $500 stating that recalibrating was not necessary and all systems would work after the new windsheild was installed. After installation every system still worked perfect. They are great people with the experience and expertise to get the job done right. Highly recommend.”

“My bumper, undercarriage and fog lights were damaged while driving on I-5 (a tire on the road). These guys were amazing with the replacement. I was able to get a preliminary quote by sending photos via email and when the job was completed, it was the same amount. My bumper looks great, they’re friendly, great communication, and even a good laugh over the phone when the guy asked what color I wanted my bumper to be painted? Gotta love a guy who has a good personality. They went over when I got in and they had cleaned the inside of my car. I will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs auto body repairs.”

“I have been going to Advance Automotive for several years for service and repairs on my BMW and GTO. They have provided excellent services. I am very pleased with their work and will be going back there as needed. My GTO is now a pleasure to drive as a result of the work they did on the car. They identified improperly performed repairs by another business and fixed the problems resulting from those improperly performed repairs. Their customer service is great, as is their followup.”
“Worked with Jade, who is a wonderful service coordinator. My 2017 Elantra was throwing a P0117 code and I went as far down the troubleshooting path as I could. The entire top half of the engine was being deprived of oil, damaging cam shafts and other critical parts, and throwing the engine’s timing off. Also, a low beam headlight was not working. The staff worked quickly to do a complete inspection of the car to find other issues that, while they aren’t critical, are good to know so I can get them fixed. I really liked that service. Then, based on that assessment, they made recommendations and asked for repair approvals using an easy-to-use online form. The form was broken out into blocks of systems and types of work, which made it clear what was needed. Then, they got busy making repairs. The price was very fair, considering the extent of repairs that were done. When we picked up the car, we found the headlight hadn’t been fixed. But we also noted that they hadn’t charged us for the repair either. Brought the car back and they made the repair and Tom (I believe the owner) only charged costs for the parts, which was more than fair. So far, this shop has been the most square dealing in the north Snohomish and south Skagit County area I’ve done business with. Thank you, Stanwood Car Care. We will see you again!”
“Bryant recharged my low AC, and vacuum checked for leaks. Was very happy with getting cold air. But, 4 days later it went out again. I took it back in, and they found two leaks in the system. They ordered and replaced parts and recharged the system again (but no charge for the recharge as they have a 1 year warranty on AC charging). They kept me in the loop, and performed professionally and competently, which I'm thankful for, as I live in the Phoenix area. Thanks Rob and Tom for the work!”
“We had traveled approximately 80 miles to be up in this area for Glass Quest. When we left home we had a slight vibration that kept getting worse are we continued on our journey. It was Friday 2/13 and I called to see if there were any appointments. No appointments available but I could come in and wait and they would fit me in.
We dropped off the car and walked to Mammoth Burger to get lunch. We were surprised how quicky they were able to work us in and the car was ready. We received our food, ate and picked up the car.
The lug nuts were loose on the drivers tire, they tighten them and checked all the other tires. My hubby was teaching our son how to change the breaks and they forgot to check the drivers tires lug nuts.
So grateful for Les Schwab and even those this wasn't our home location we bought the tires from, they still took care of us and made sure we were good to keep driving!
