“Called Marco up and he sounded happy to help me unlike the 4 other places I called that made it sound like I was an inconvenience. Marco even picked up the phone for me on the way to his shop before business hours.

I told marco what I wanted and what I planned to do with my vehicle and he helped me sort out which version of the tire I wanted. He even called me back to let me know about a cheaper alternative with the same performance.

After calling around I was certain Marco was the guy that was going to get my money. Price was fair and the service was excellent. He got my tires the next shipping day and squeezed me in on delivery. He also let me know where my brakes were at in terms of wear.

I'll be taking all my vehicles to Marco in the future for tires, brakes, stuff like that.

“We had traveled approximately 80 miles to be up in this area for Glass Quest. When we left home we had a slight vibration that kept getting worse are we continued on our journey. It was Friday 2/13 and I called to see if there were any appointments. No appointments available but I could come in and wait and they would fit me in.
We dropped off the car and walked to Mammoth Burger to get lunch. We were surprised how quicky they were able to work us in and the car was ready. We received our food, ate and picked up the car.
The lug nuts were loose on the drivers tire, they tighten them and checked all the other tires. My hubby was teaching our son how to change the breaks and they forgot to check the drivers tires lug nuts.
So grateful for Les Schwab and even those this wasn't our home location we bought the tires from, they still took care of us and made sure we were good to keep driving!
