“Acupuncture- I’ve had 11 sessions with Janet and going in for my 12th next week. In the time we’ve been working together she’s helped me with mental and emotional wellbeing. I came to her so stressed and was looking to destress and get adrenal support. I feel incredibly more balanced emotionally. I’m sleeping better, eating better, more energy! She has also helped me with pain in my neck, back, and even digestive issues. I feel like I’ve gotten a full body massage when the sessions are over. She’s absolutely amazing! She is intentional with her patients and really listens. I feel very supported. Don’t see anyone else. I’ve had acupuncture before.. nothing like this though! I highly highly highly recommend her!
