Walked right in. They set me up with a wonderful hair clipper, She was very knowledgeable and did an awesome job on my mullet. Very happy, this is my third cut. I'll definitely returning.

I asked to have it trimmed and left down on my ears. She scalped me on the sides. Worst haircut I've had in 20 years.

(Edited to add: they posted one of their generic apology replies after I posted this the first time, encouraging me to reach out to them via email. I did. Never heard back from them. Their customer service is as bad as their haircuts.)

I asked for something specific showed her a picture. She said no Im doing this you do that at home. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. She rushed through it. My hair looks butchered. I told her before we started I wanted more of the hair styling side but she ignored that and did what she wanted. That person shouldn't be working there. I only left a tip because I didn't want to seem like a rude person but that was horrible.
