Been talked rudely to several times. They make a LOT of mistakes to the point at which they insisted a prescription was picked up 2 days before it was and I almost called the police for a stolen prescription due to their misinformation. Had I not waited to find out if it was in fact picked up that day by family I would have assumed they were correct about the date and filed a report. They claim they get prescriptions then take days to fill them unless you sit there for 30 minutes or so to wait for it.

Horrible experience. First time here. Bartels was out of the prescription for my daughters ear infection so I had to pick it up here. They told me it would cost $50 so I have them my insurance information. They said they couldn’t find it and there was nothing that could be done. I asked her to repeat the card information and she mistakenly wrote down K instead of J so when I corrected her she said “ya that’s what I said” when that’s not what she said. Then said hold on... comes back minutes later and said it works $0 copay. If you wrote a number down wrong why lie.

Multiple times, their automated phone prescription system has told me when my medication would be ready for pickup, but when I arrive, I’ve had to wait for a long time for it to be ready. No apologies; just a snarky “well, we’re busy”. I wish there was a Walgreens here!

Everyone at the pharmacy are very friendly and they call me by my first name, which is nice. I never have to wait long for my prescription to get filled, and it’s always nice to go into rite knowing you feel welcomed ❤️

Horrible drive thru for the pharmacy. I sat at the window for 15 mins not acknowledged by anyone. I finally hit the call button someone says I'll be with you in a minute and another 10 mins goes by. I'm still sitting at the window 25 mins later. I get if your busy but acknowledge the customer. Once the gentleman asks me for my Dob he was just rude. I'm disappointed with this transaction I had today because usually the people are pleasant .

During the busiest part of the afternoon, 3:00-5:00, there are never enough cashier's checking people out and you'll routinely wait in line for over 15 minutes. At other times, this place is good. So 5 months later and the lines in the afternoon have definitely improved. There's a couple new cashier's working in the busy afternoon and evenings. There's a young guy, kinda tall that's great, he gets you through the line fast but remains friendly and funny. He deserves a raise!!!
