Needs a remodel.. chips in paint, bathrooms broken, popcorn isnt even warm. Why is this place not taken care of? Where is corporates effort in making this place nicer? Do better..

Bathrooms were very dirty and obviously neglected. Seats laid back too far. The manager didn't know how to use the Entertainment coupon.

Disappointed to pay $34 for tickets and have a hole under the screen and many holes in the ceiling, it felt disgusting in the theater. We couldn’t really sit in the seats either because you fell in backwards. We arrived and saw one person who was maybe an employee holding a poster but no one even checked that we had tickets. Not a great experience, we expected it not to be top notch like a regal cinema but come on….

It was an extremely enjoyable experience, even though the seats were a bit odd, and what I mean by that is they were a bit low.

I’ve been going to this theater for 20+ years. Really sad to see how bad it’s gotten. The murals and brick are the only silver lining. Bathrooms are gross, no attempt has been made to remodel. Popcorn all over the floor from the lobby to inside the theater while the single employee scrolls through his phone. Previews started 10 minutes after showtime, until then it was a blank screen. I know theaters are having a hard time but at least clean the place up a bit. You can get soap dispensers on Amazon for like 12 bucks. My kids want to start going to the Marysville theater.

Went here last Friday, the bathrooms are disgusting and all broken, they’re constantly in and out of order. There’s always bad smells coming from the hallway. The seats look old and out of shape. This place clearly lacks funding and is more of a coorprate issue. The employees are very attending and kind. The company needs to do something about this theater or else it will go out of buisness.

That's lots to love about the local town cinema. It is close by, and concession are good. Never a long line. The actual movies are too dark, though. They need to upgrade the projector lighting

I’ve tried my best over the years to support the stanwood theater, despite the mold and the seats falling apart and the screen quality, but after this I’m never going back. My little sister had to use the restroom really bad, and since the theater was close by we thought we would stop there. We were stopped and interrogated by the owner/manager and told the restrooms were for theater customers only. I’m sure the business has been suffering over the last few years but that’s no excuse for his completely rude attitude and treatment of regular customers. I won’t be spending my money here again.

Employees at concession could have been a little friendlier, not even a hello or a smile

We came early and ate at the Chinese restaurant that's in the same fantastic old building as the theater. We sat in their indoor seating outside their restaurant to eat and I went and bought our tickets to
the movie while our food was being prepared. The staff is helpful and pleasant The popcorn was good the movie was pleasant and there were very few people.
