Went for my first time to get my nails done with my friend! I was very nervous at first but everyone i interacted with there was very patient and nice to me so i relaxed pretty quickly and even got to look at dogs on this tv they have when i didn’t know what to look at! I could tell how dedicated they are to their work since they were so focused and diligent but still made the work look effortless even when it’d obviously take a lot of work! It was an overall great experience!

2nd time here and this absolutely is the best pedicure I've ever gotten anywhere in the United States. All the people who work here are super nice too and their prices are great. I'm not usually easy to impress but this place did it twice now. They also do the best designs in case you happen to like that. Some places don't do them at all.

They should inform the customer at the beginning about the additional charges, instead of revealing them right after the manicure is done. It’s shocking that they have extra charges for reshaping your nails. How ridiculous!

I called when they opened and the owner was very nice. They were able to get me in for an acrylic fill and cuticle trim that morning. Tony was my nail tech and he did an amazing job! I was very pleased with the color choices.

Absolutely love this place. Recently got a full set and it turned out amazing. Paid attention to detail and I felt taken care of the entire time. Really appreciate their kindness and attentiveness.

These folks need to clean up their act. Arrived a few minutes before my appointment to choose colors for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. As I walked in, the staff were on their phones and were surprised as they had me down only for a pedicure. Felt rushed as they wanted to do my nails while I getting a pedicure. They put a manky bed pillow with a stained pillowcase with a stained towel on the chair rest (and half on my lap). The woman stood while doing the world's fasted gel manicure - wasn't the worst gel manicure but there were two cured bubbles in the polish and the tips were rough. The pedicure was done by a young man. The nails look good but the hot stones he used were way too hot, I shrieked, and the stone went flying. Accidents happen but this was preventable. On another note, they have over 1,000 bottles of polish tacked up on the walls and on every ledge - felt like I was in a hoarder house. Wish the employees would do a massive spring cleaning, dump 75% of the polish bottles, and never do manicures and pedicures at the same. I will not be going back.
