Always closing 20+ minutes early. Absolutely pathetic.

Workers inside, I’ve never had a problem. Carriers themselves…. Suck. So far this is the SECOND time a package has been “attempted” to be delivered. Yeah okay. Lazy workers. Waited home all day for a package just to receive that notification while I was sitting inside waiting. Worst customer service I’ve dealt with in regards to USPS. Do better Stanwood. You get paid to do a job, just do it.

For all those marking anything below a three, spend a day or two in any distribution center, facility or behind the wheel. And thank your lucky stars you have a postal service. USPS is already privatized. The only aspect that's govt is hiring/employment wages and use of govt lands. It's otherwise just like any other business, selling products. Don't think the employee part will be any better with a comp like Amazon or UPS. Besides Amazon figured that out and uses them through an unbreakable contract and got in pretty cheap. And this deal has strained the workers more to overtime conditions fringing on inhumane. Nope, you get more of the same with comps like Amazon, UPS, just throwing a little more money at their employees, but still treating workers like slaves. Glad we have a USPS. Use USPS products more and be kind to the workers until you have spent a day doing any one of their jobs. Have sent 8,000+ packages with zero speed issues and a customer service record which can partly be attributed to USPS's products and hard work. Really love their home pick-up services that can be scheduled and their email delivery notifications, too. What a great company. Thank you USPS, folks like Shenandoah at the counter at Stanwood, can't thank you all, every postal worker, enough.

Have a great rapport with the staff at the Stanwood Post Office. Always congenial and helpful. Had an EBay business for years and the staff was always great with the idiosyncrasies of domestic and foreign shipping. Having lived in the Stanwood/Camano area for 50+ years, it is obvious that the population has overwhelmed this facility. I recall when this office was built, that people then were saying, “Why do we need such a large post office?”….

I’ve had a couple bad experiences with the post office but didn’t say anything because I figure one or two bad occurrences were just up to chance. However, I ordered some vintage posters from eBay that were shipped in an envelope that clearly said DO NOT BEND and when I checked my mailbox there they were crammed in and bent. I’m hoping laying some heavy books on top of them will help flatten them out. I get that they’re busy and overwhelmed but if they could just be more careful with the fragile items. I hear horror stories about collectible figures and vinyl records getting damaged this way all the time.

New Resident of Camano Island - First telephone call to set up service. USPS representative was arrogant, short tempered, only reluctantly helpful. Avoid if possible.

I have had a P.O. Box here for four years and absolutely love it. There is always ample parking, the people are polite and courteous, and it’s kept clean. Definitely recommend!

The is only one or two nice people that actually work at the post office. Otherwise they’re very rude and unprofessional. We had to get a PO Box because our mail constantly kept getting stolen. When a package says delivered you have to wait till the next business day to get your package even though they have it and can easily access it for you. A lot of the time they seem very impatient and that you’re a bother to even be there and they have to work. I get that it can be stressful as any job is. But they way the speak to some customers is outrageous. It’s truly sad.

You guys are trash. Not only do you lose packages 3 out of 4 times, you are too lazy to even get out of your car. You make no effort to deliver packages to the front door. If it doesn't fit in the mailbox you say it was an issue delivering the item. You guys all suck. Absolutely trash. Nothing makes online shopping worse than knowing it will be "delivered" by USPS. Stanwoods Usps is the worst.Well a few days late but they finally walked up my driveway. And then this stellar employee threw it down onto my front step. Careless. Worthless. Trash.Months later this tool is still throwing packages. I can't wait to be home when you throw another package. Get a new job!Update! They still suck. JUST LEAVE THE PACKAGE AT THE DOOR!!! why is this so difficult for you guys.

Drop box in the drive thru should be replaced. This receptacle appears to be one for walk up drop off, if you are in a standard car you have to get out of your vehicle just to reach it, what's the point!!
