“Had to move some furniture and was turned away THREE times but other U-Haul rental places. I was so frustrated and overwhelmed. But when I came here, the sweet girl working onsite was so kind, patient, and friendly. She helped me get a rental right then and there! Wonderful service turned my whole bad day experience into an amazing one! Thank you so much”

“Rosa was again - absolutely fabulous! I had mis calculated what my needs were (size of unit and budget). She helped me with finding a unit that I truly felt comfortable with for my belongings. Fabulous service with understanding!”
“Very helpful staff when we needed a moving truck ASAP! They even called to let us know we had left an important personal item behind when we returned the truck. Definitely recommend! ??”
“Jason and Ashley are amazing! I ordered a 10 foot truck and ran into trouble with my piano and they quickly switched it out for a 15 foot truck due to the 10 foot truck not having a ramp. They are amazing and this is the best U-Haul Company I have ever used. It is worth a drive across town to come to this location!”
“Most times people need a U-Haul for moving.
Moving can be very stressful.
Thank goodness there's a company like U-Haul to help out when a truck is needed.
And I'm very thankful for AJ at the DuPont Washington State station.
H is a blessing.
He is friendly helpful, kind, patient. I very much appreciated interacting with him during this stressful time.”
“Came in 3/26/2026 with a last minute emergency. I had a tow hitch installed with a tow dolly within minutes . Gentlemen that helped us that day was very professional did not catch his name unfortunately but very appreciative for the help and service provided .”

“This is a really decent place to rent a car! If your looking for something affordable for a short trip this is great! Azar is very friendly and will help you get into the vehicle you are looking for, but mind you these are used vehicles but they still work perfectly and fine and will get you to where you need to go! Azar was so helpful and knowledgeable, he even explained to me the rates and deposit which was $150, not bad compared to other places of deposits being at $200. Great money saver! I will rent from here again.”
“I have rented twice from this location am very happy with the staff, vehicles and service. I've been recommending this location since first rental. And I love the new vans!”

“My family got locked outside because the garage door could not open, in middle of the night. We had no choice but to find to rent a very tall ladder to reach 2nd floor, planning to break inside by window. Altho we were able to open the garage eventually without the ladder, I still appreciated for their costumer services - who made efforts to find ladders and keep the communication in between.”
“Whoa. My experience was the exact opposite of everyone else's: easy online reservation, pickup was quick and easy, and they offered to keep my car in the back lot in case I needed the rental overnight. Crystal was an absolute gem. My only issue was a hand truck not being included (I forgot to double check), but the charge was removed once they were notified.”

“I have repeatedly come back to this UHaul location for all of my military moves. I will continue to. Anthony is always kind and helpful and everyone should come here for their moving needs!”
