Terrible store. Assistant manager accused me of trying to steal my own packages that were being delivered via UPS even though o had been there the day before . He tried to change his tune after I got upset. The packages were in my husband’s name, who was in the car. I went to the car to get my husband’s ID to prove to him it was our stuff. He followed me to my car and then tried to apologize to my husband - typical gaslighting. The next day, my last package delivery was cancelled by Ace out of spite. Their door has a sign that says they are affiliated with UPS and Google says you can shop and receive packages there. My husband is Black . Typical racist moment.

This little town hardware will most likely have what you need. The staff were respectful, kind, and helpful.

They need to stock more items pertinent to the area. We go in often and can't find odds and ends that we need. The owner also owns the Carson store. I would like a rural hardware store to be supplied with as many possible items that we would need on any given day since it's a long drive to a city. Perhaps the owner should put a questionnaire out to the City residents to see what they need stocked. The people seem to be nice.

I had some issues with setting up Outland Fire Bowl. I purchased the small 5 pound tank but found out I needed the 20 pound instead!Greg the owner graciously swapped out the tank even though it was filled.Thanks Greg for your outstanding customer service! Great staff Jake and Will!I most definitely recommend Columbia Hardware!You can not go wrong with Ace Hardware ?

This place is always great. The owners are super helpful and knowledgeable and just good folks, same goes for their employees. They always lend a hand and are hard workers for sure.If they dont have it, they know where to get it as local as possible. Imagine all the things you could build or fix, the possibilities are endless!

Very convenient and helpful folks. Out in the woods and broke a part on my chainsaw. Called them and they had the part in stock.Saved the day for sure.
