Such a quaint boutique hotel right in the heart of town across from the bookstore. This hotel used to be a boarding house for railroad workers- and you can still hear the trains. I loved that throw back feeling of railways. My views from Rm 10 of the river.
Bistro delicious and pear cider on tap sooo good.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Stevenson. The location is perfect for the surrounding hikes and activities we enjoy as well as walking distance from everything one visiting from out of town would need. We had one minor hiccup with a noisy neighbor, but the owner was extremely responsive and empathetic via email (they also said they can be reached via text and by phone) and made sure we were taken care of. Erin, who at the time of our stay, was handling double duty at the bistro and helping hotel guests was always a delight to be around. She was always available for a great conversation and just all around had great energy, a true asset to the establishment!

I just stayed at the Stevenson Hotel and fell in love with the charm and services. I was on a work trip, one night, solo - will come back at the first opportunity! Room 6 turned out to be the perfect size for this solo person. It was well appointed, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, the room was spotless - many thanks to the cleaning staff! I was able to check in early and express check out. I highly recommend!

Have stayed here twice when coming from Texas to visit my daughter in North Bonneville. Had a great experience both times.
We needed to arrive late so the ability to enter the hotel and room with provided code is a great feature.
The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and very homey feeling.
Good Wifi.
Great location near the river with some really good options for eating. Highly recommend Red Bluff Tap House right around the corner.
Cant imagine staying any where else when I come to visit.

We've stayed here twice now, and it's lovely. Walking distance from excellent food and beverage places and amazing views. Nicely styled rooms, each one has unique character. We will be back, not soon enough!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Stevenson! It is a small quiet hotel located in a beautiful small town along the Columbia river. My room was clean and comfortable and the food/wine in the cafe was amazing. The manager April was extremely helpful in regard to making my stay as comfortable as possible. Lovely hotel if you are looking for a quite relaxing get away.
Nearby activities: Within a 30 minute drive from the Stevenson hotel the are a multitude of wineries, trails, scenic views, breweries, and much more. The hotel is located in a wonderful location, perfectly in between all of the major attractions.
Food and drinks: The food and drinks in the town are very good, only downside is everything closes early so just keep that in mind.

Stayed in town for a wedding room was good. There wasn't a view unless you hung your head out the window. Only down fall was the noise from the train at least 3 times that night

Easy to get to in central Stevenson, Dave at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely and tremendously comfortable, it was in easy walking distance to the rest of town, and while I don't use words like "charming" often, that's the best thing I can think of to describe it. I was breezing through on business and only wish I had more time to stay and enjoy it!
Walkability: Easy walking distance to the rest of Stevenson, including multiple shopping outlets, coffee, several restaurants, and the Columbia River and accompanying park.

Stayed for 1 night with our dog. Check in was super easy and the location was great. It is very close to the train but it didn't bother me too much. If your a light sleeper then use the ear plugs. It is just a few blocks from a park with a great paved walking trail which was perfect for the dog. The pet fee was $30 but provided the cutest box of supplies including treats, water bowl, bags, a towel, and a blanket. Very thoughtful. This is also by far one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in!! The decor was very cute and loved the coffee in the room and the lobby. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definetly recommend to any family or friends.

I am a "Gorge local" and just stayed at the Hotel Stevenson for the first time, and I absolutely LOVED it! This quaint, charming and historic hotel is beautiful, my room (#10) had a view of the river, the bed was soooo comfortable and the sheets heavenly soft, the staff checking me in and out were helpful and friendly, and it was the perfect "solo" break I've had in awhile to recharge my batteries for which the Hotel Stevenson was the perfect venue. I parked my car in front and never had to move it until I left town as I was able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the grocery store as everything is within walking distance. This hotel is a hidden gem and I can't wait to return!
