My friend and I truly appreciate natural mineral water and often visit hot springs across Oregon and Washington, but Tenzen is absolutely one of a kind. Nothing else offers the same atmosphere, serenity, privacy, and thoughtful attention to detail.

Each cottage has everything you could possibly need — from toothbrushes and robes to high-quality cotton bedding. The mattresses and pillows deserve special praise; such comfort is rare even in luxury resorts. The steam room is fantastic, and the true highlight is the private wooden mineral baths in every cottage — a true healing ritual for both body and mind.

We first visited in the fall of 2025 during Thanksgiving and were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary gift set with wine and treats. We returned again just a month later, before New Year’s, and once again fell in love with this place. We are already planning our next trip — nothing compares to Tenzen.

As a professional videographer, I couldn’t resist filming a small cinematic video to capture the beauty of this resort.

There is very little I could even suggest for improvement — the quality is already exceptional. The only thing that would make Tenzen even more irresistible would be a small complimentary discount for returning guests. If such an option existed, my friend and I would gladly visit every month.

“On street parking only. But the rooms are super pretty, well appointed, and the staff are friendly. The self serve check in and doors is new to me, but its super handy when you're coming in late. Definitely will stay here again if we're back out this way.”
