Exactly what we were looking for, local, fresh in-season fish. The guy working was very friendly and took a lot of time chatting with us about the differences between the species. The fish was great in the park with a beer and some cheddar and crackers from the market.

Friendly service, nice samples, fresh fish smoked in small batches. The salmon comes either vacuum-packed or canned in mason jars.

Smoked salmon available King Chinook lightly salted, black pepper, lemon peppered, candied in brown sugar brinen. Blue Back Sockeye light salted and Steelhead also 32$#. Pint jars 25$ per jar smoked and fresh. King Chinook Salmon, Stealhead, Blue Back Sockeye, CoHo all caught and harvested by Native Americans on the Columbia River.
