The employees of the store were so helpful. Even the manager came out and helped get the belt back on the truck. We were thousands of miles from home and our alternator was under warranty and they honored our warranty from our home Napa store. What a blessing! This is why we use Napa when possible.

Over the years I've seen amazing crew members and crew that didn't know the difference btwn a car battery and a muffler. But stevenson napa finally has a decent crew back, Ricky and his team know what there doing and are truly helpful when it comes to getting the right parts or just generic questions
