They are extremely professional, helpful, and easy to work with during stressful situations, going above and beyond to make the best of a bad situation. They handle vehicles with care, ensuring no damage, and offer to secure belongings. The staff, including the woman on the phone and the tow truck driver, are extremely nice. The price is extremely reasonable, making them a company you can definitely trust. They are highly recommended for towing services.

Bates Brothers went above and beyond for us. Van off the road... they got it out of the deep ditch, no damage and took care of it until we could pick it up. They definitely made the best of a bad situation. Thank you Bates Bros!
