Femme fa tow was awesome to work with; very professional and helpful during a stressful situation. I was able to go to the tow yard and retrieve my belongings from my totalled vehicle, and they offered to secure some things I forgot to grab. Great service and great people!

Bates Brothers went above and beyond for us. Van off the road... they got it out of the deep ditch, no damage and took care of it until we could pick it up. They definitely made the best of a bad situation. Thank you Bates Bros!

This is exactly what you’re looking for in a towing company. It is a real small business that is not just an answering service that distributes you to somebody else.The woman that answered the phone was extremely nice, as was the tow truck driver that showed up. They came out very fast and had me out of the ditch that I got stuck in. The price was extremely reasonable. You can definitely trust this company to help you. I will not hesitate to call them again if I am in need.

This company is also known as Femme Fa Tow. They damaged my vehicle during a tow and then refused to give me their insurance information. I was forced to file a law suite against them in order to recover damages. Even though they knew they were at fault they fought it all the way. They had no regard for the inconveniences they caused me and my family. Their driver appeared to be a meth addict they way he conducted himself. Very unprofessional to day the least. Don't trust these people with your vehicle!!! If it weren't for my persistence they would never had paid for the damages they caused.

The worst. Driver too sensitive. I hurt her feelings I guess when I asked her if she got lost and would be good to know she would be late so I could schedule my schedule around her. Rude? not in a man's world.

I do not recommend. Actually if you do not support racists and bullies then I strongly advise you to stay away from this business.
The first red flag went up when Bates Bros Towing sent us a text message about meeting us and towing our car two hours before the agreed time. Then again when the driver called us 15 minutes before appointment rushing us because he arrived before time. Then again when we met him and it turned out Bates Bros Towing sent their employee with a broken arm. From that point on things just went down hill,and fast. When he saw that we were interracial couple and heard that one of us spoke with an accent, the tow truck driver could not hide how upset he was with us. He refused to do his job which was to tow our car for which we were paying blaming it on his broken arm. He did however call someone and loudly complained in front of us about our car not starting. That was quite surreal, a tow truck complaining about a stallled car. Did he think we invited him to a family BBQ(?)
At that point we realized he wasn't going to help us and decided to call our insurance to send us another tow truck. At this point the Bates Bros truck driver begun calling us every deplorable word in the book. He agitated a mentally disturbed person who was neither the owner of the property or the car and had nothing to do with us or the place where we were, inciting her to charge us with her pitbul. He then ran and hid in his truck like a coward that he is, but still refused to leave the premises. This was mind boggling. (You come to a job, you refuse to do the said job, yiu refuse to leave either. What is your problem buddy?) And then called Snohomish County Sheriff on himself. It's been a long time since I've seen this amount of stupid in one person.
The Sheriff send the truck driver away immediately since he refused to perform his job he was the one trespassing. Everyone else were made to vacate the premises so we can peacefully retrieve our stalled car. Insurance send us another tow truck and they were awesome! We also got reimbursed to a penny for Bates Bros since we were on the call with our insurance and all of everybody's interactions got recorded.
In the end this was the most awful unprofessional and disgusting service I didn't get but had displeasure of encountering. I heard from other people that this business gets referral from Snohomish County Sheriff, if that's the case our local officials need to reevaluate as this represents them poorly.
If you value your dignity and peace of mind, steer clear of these people.
