I've been a customer for less than a year now but, they've all been really nice!! Their customer service is amazing!!! I'm also a customer of a well known national bank but frankly, I prefer Coastal Community Bank, I really like Coastal better. They focus on the customers needs. Thank you Coastal Community Bank!!!!

So, I am about to be a former client of Bluevine Bank. What does that have to do with Coastal Community Bank. Plenty. Bank account services provided by Coastal Community Bank, Member FDIC. I deposit a check and get told the first time it might take 1 to 4 days to clear. Four is long, but OK, Maybe they need to establish a pattern for my deposits. I deposit a second check and now it will take SIX days according to their chat! We're in the age of everything instant and a bank wants to take SIX DAYS to clear a $250 check. Unbelievable. I called Coastal and they say it is not them doing the banking. Really? "Bank account services provided by Coastal Community Bank, Member FDIC." If it isn't, then management is completely incompetent and should NOT be running a bank, period.

They don't believe in helping locals with account banking, or even if you need a roll of quarters to do laundry, they are rude and I use a bank in Monroe. Who charges all the fee's anymore when drive 6 miles and get it all for free. Great location though!

Best bank ever, they are a small bank but they are very personal. And if they see an issue that is questionable they will call you right away. Very friendly. Just wish they had a bank machine to do deposits .love the bank tho.

Coastal handled our HOA checking account for roughly 10 years. When we moved to a management company, we closed the account. Then some homeowners wanted to see some old records. Nancy was a big help. She gave us a bunch of printouts on the spot, and even emailed me some more docs that I requested later. It was painless, and Nancy was very helpful.
