I have referred them to other family, friends and companies and have always received positive feedback. I have worked with them many times and for many years as well in staging and model homes and am always impressed with their thought to detail, respect of furnishings/walls/floors. Elmer's Express Delivery went above and beyond my expectations. Elmer was very upfront about costs, provided a contract, estimate, and invoice, and answered any questions I had. The ability to pay with PayPal Goods and Services made it easy to pay the deposit and final costs. The move was very reasonably priced for the quality of service his company provided. I didn't feel pressured or stressed about my move because of the way they took time to make sure my items were securely wrapped and padded. I highly recommend using Elmer's Express Delivery for any of your moving needs.

We use Elmer's to deliver furniture for our business. The whole crew is fantastic, and they take the time to protect every piece, propertly securing them to make sure they aren't damaged.

Very good experience with Elmers crew. They were on time, quick, and very careful with our things. I would recommend them to anyone who is trying to move/relocate. I had booked thumbs up movers and they did not come through for me. Contacted Elmer and he was quick, responsive and gave a great deal.

Elmer and his team are always fantastic. We've been working with them for years, they have moved pianos and firniture and our entire home. They are consistently fast, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They just moved our place this morning for the second time, done before noon and I am completely satisfied.

I needed to move a storage unit with antique furniture and fragile collectables to my new residence. Elmer made my move easy and stress free. He was knowledgeable, kind and professional from start to finish and made sure everything went smoothly. His estimate was spot on and very very fair---the cost was lower than what I expected too. His team, Louis and Marina, did an amazing job as well. Very nice people, reliable and professional. Treated my belongings with care. I highly recommend Elmer for your moving needs. I will most definitely use his company again for future moves.

We hired Elmer and his crew twice in 2018. I got so busy with the move I completely forgot to write a review until now. Elmer was the most prompt and respectful person to give me a quote when I compared moving companies. He was clear and very easy to coordinate with, especially since I needed his assistance two different times. On both occasions, he and his team were punctual and careful with our items. They were quick to their feet and most definitely made the move significantly less stressful. Whenever we look back on that move we think of Elmer and his team, and we're grateful for their assistance. I would always recommend them.

I work at Bramble and when customers ask who we recommend for deliveries, Elmer's Express is our go-to (though customers can arrange pickup and delivery with anyone). We receive rave reviews about Elmer's team, and customers comment on how respectful they were of their home and belongings, and how pleasant an experience it was. I expect we will continue to recommend Elmer's for their profesionalism and dependability.

USE CAUTION. This review is for moving services related to using Elmer's Express Delivery. I purchased a $3200.00 bookshelf from Bramble Homestore in Everett, WA, and was told that they use Elmer for their deliveries. When I contacted him, he initially gave me a delivery cost of $185.00, then later changed it to $200-225.00 because there were 16 steps (understandable). This was a quote for a much heavier item that measured 104" H x 24" D x 99" W. When I contacted him on Saturday before my purchase, I sent him the dimension of a different item that measured 81" H x19" Dx87" W. When we spoke, Elmer initially quoted me $200.00 and a delivery time of Thursday afternoon (in writing). After the Bramble purchase, he changed the same quote to $250.00 and told me that he could no longer deliver it on Thursday and would have to get back to me on a date for delivery. When I asked "why the change in the delivery date, and the difference in price for a smaller and lighter item," he indicated that he has a full service moving company and booked that time and date to another customer. He also didn't like to be questioned and stated there was a misunderstanding regarding the delivery time and date. He also said that it's often challenging to quote a delivery fee until it was picked up and delivered before he could name a final price. i.e., based on the overall level of difficulty. As a consumer that has done this before, it's pretty straight forward. It was two miles from the purchase location for a real wood bookshelf that comes in two pieces and needs to be brought up a single flight of stairs (16 steps, straight up) into a bedroom at the top of the stairs. If you're considering a purchase from Bramble in Everett, they ONLY use this guy... Looking into him a little more, I discovered that he is not a licensed or insured mover.

Five stars for Elmers Delivery service. Friendly with a quick response and reasonable price. Communicated with me when whenever needed. He was flexible with my odd time frame and men were polite and professional when item was delivered. I will use Elmer again!!

Would recommend and use again. Fantastic communication from Elmer and careful planning and preparation. Very patient with my series of as hoc questions that came up leading up to our move. Crew showed up on time, worked efficiently yet carefully and everyone was pleasant and professional. Especially considering the rain and not the easiest home to move stuff into. Maybe they could have come with more floor covering, you might want to ask for that or prepare for it yourselves, but nothing a quick vacuum couldn't handle.

I'll never call anyone else! We had a large bookcase and I wasn't sure if there was a way move it up 2 floors. So I tried to measure and the case and the tight staircase that it was going to get through. I wasn't sure if it would fit. We thought we may have to cut the legs off so that it would fit. Elmer and his awesome crew squeezed thorough with less than an inch to spare with No damage to the bookcase or the stairway. Not only did they do it without any damage, they were a pleasure to deal with. I'd say it was the best interaction with ANY type of company I've ever had! These guys were great!
