Called AAA Luigi's towing showed up and immediately said they could not take our vehicle. It was a empty Ford Transit van exactly as described in our AAA report. They claimed it was a converted rv. AAA then refused to tow us because of this. Luigi's never intended to tow us they knew that AAA would pay them just for showing up and since my tow was 70 miles away they just left us in The parking lot stuck there and we had to wait three more hours till a good tow company showed up to help us.

I had an amazing experience with Luigi’s Towing, thanks to ROMERO! He went above and beyond to help me when I was in a tough spot. Not only was he professional and efficient, but he was also incredibly kind and reassuring throughout the whole process. He made a stressful situation so much easier with his positive attitude and excellent service. I highly recommend Luigi’s Towing, and if you get Romero, you’re in great hands!

After waiting for 2 hours for another towing company and finding out a truck was never dispatched, we went home and called Luigi's. When we went to meet him at our vehicle, he beat us there. The service was so quick. If we ever need a tow truck again, we will call Luigi's first.

Luigi’s towing picked up my car and took it to my mechanic. He was on time, very professional and courteous. I would absolutely call these guys again!

Reasonable price and best in the town
Responds very quick and has all the tools to meet the towing requests. Had an issue with EV, towed to suggested dealer who is 40 miles away from the stranded location.

Awful experience. It was a aaa tow but I’ve never had an issue before in 21 years using them. Driver showed up decided my Excursion was too large for him to tow, said he would call dispatch to get a larger tow truck but instead completed the tow call and left with no communication. Leaving me to make calls to solve the problem. The driver that eventually came had the same size truck and had no issues towing the vehicle safely and securely.

Stay away from this company if you are using AAA. Unfortunately I didn't catch the drivers name but he did not have interest in going through AAA to help us out. We first called around noon and he said he did not want to fight traffic and that we would have to wait until after rush hour. We agreed and then after multiple phone calls between 5:30-7pm he said they would not cover the tow so we had to pay cash. We paid for AAA so we refused to pay him cash and he said he couldn't tow it at all then. This was after 7 hours of waiting! This lack of customer service is unacceptable. Complete scam, terrible company!

I had my 2004 excursion towed today and I was very pleased from my first interaction. Luis was extremely helpful, friendly and caring. He even called me when he dropped my baby off to the mechanic to let me know it made it there. I can't even explain to you all how appreciative I truly am for the service I've received today. We've had many many cars towed from all different tow companies with AAA and never received service like I did today from Luigie's towing. I highly recommend them. I will request them with any future towes I may have. Check this family own business out if you are in need of a tow. I never leave reviews but I had to with them. Thanks again for the amazing service.

Luis is the man! 2 other tow guys were not able to tow my slammed Lexus LS460. Luis pulled up and was like no problemo. Fast service, professional, and nice guy! I recommend to everyone!
