Very neat,clean,well run.Excellent prices.Lexi ,the manager,has been there 20 years,so she was so kind and helpful and helped me sign up since I am not good on the computer .Locked gates with a code is nice too.The place is SPOTLESS

I was moving out, and was told the dumpster was not available. OK! I paid for another month. The rep on hand was having a tone. There was no dumpster that day so I definitely didn't just dump it.

I love the fact that everything is done online. It was a great first time experience. The process was seamless. Which shocks me because in most of my experiences with businesses that have tried to become fully online or contactless.... there is always a hiccup or some sort of bug. Mountainside Storage process is perfect. Anthony helped me in the office, he is kind and informative. Thank you

We rented a unit from them for 3 years and it was great the staff is friendly and helpful and the property is nice and clean and secure. We just returned to gold bar and rented a large unit and have had the same experience the second time around. Would recommend! Compared to prices everywhere I would say they are very fair.

We are moving and need storage in this area of town. I called and spoke with Anthony regarding renting a unit, he was able to go over all of the sizes and options. After discussing with him I wanted to rent it so I went about that online but realized I couldn't use my credit card for monthly payments unless I went to the facility in person. They held the unit for me (a little less than 24hrs) and I showed up in person next day to rent and pay for the unit. I was helped my Lexi, the absolute sweetest and very helpful with all my questions and concerns. We haven't stored anything here yet as we move come May but I will update my review after a few months of storing items. I don't see my review to change as the facility was well maintained and the units were clean and easy to access. Gated facility, must have a code to enter with cameras recording the property. In all I would recommend this local business if you're looking for an easy storage solution.
