It’s a nice place, good addition to our town. They usually have the parts that I need and appear to be pretty well stocked. My only complaint would be that when there is other customers in line they don’t make any type of rush to get to the next person. And I don’t mean by cutting their buying short they are just casually chitchatting. I don’t mind waiting a few seconds for a quick, “good talking to you” and leave but, to continue on a conversation for a few minutes is very rude. Otherwise great guys.

I stopped for new windshield wipers for my honda 2023 CRV. There were 4 staff members and they were super friendly and went out of their way to help me. Cannot recommend this place enough.

They have a clean, well lit and organized store. They are often busy but always seem happy to help and will even read your car codes at no charge.

Place is garbage the people that work here are lazy a disrespectful as hell!!!! They’ll never get money from me ever actually hope they get shut down! An I’ll continue to buy my parts at highway auto supply they are way better nicer an not lazy scum like the people at oriellys

I have had the best service that I could of ever wished to of gotten while driving though town heading too a wedding and having my old Toyota Pickup alternator go out at 919 main st, Sultan WA 98294. The service was absolutely incredible along with some of the nicest staff ever. The store manager was a treat to interact with bright and early in the more going truly above and beyond.
