Only been in Sultan about 4+ months and have found the staff to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Because we live in an RV at Cascade RV Park we have two different addresses which depends on who’s delivering what!🙂So package delivery is different than mail we got a P.O. Box for mail but you can’t determine whose going to deliver your goods since I ordered two of the same items from the same company and the one I got from the Seattle shipping point I got quickly they used my delivery address but the other was shipped from an L.A., CA distribution center used the USPS which won’t deliver here so the post office delivery person ended up returning it do to couldn’t find address!?! After that I went and that I went and asked if there was a way for them to hold the delivery since it was to its large size. Any way they caught a couple of deliveries but do to a late shipping notice I missed a delivery since they can only hold till the end of the day since they tried to deliver on a Saturday it was closed. It got sent back to the sender. I don’t blame the P.O. For that but the company didn’t want to help me after I explained what and why. So I don’t do business with them now. 🤷♂️🙁 Sultan Post Office did everything they could which is why I wrote this review. I wrote this to help anyone that hadn’t had any experiences living in a rural area in an RV.

Dropped off multiple packages for them to hand scan, and yet some still magically don't ever track or show any progress. They never get delivered, and since it looks like I never even dropped off the package, I can't even put in a claim to get my money back.

I'm so confused by these bad reviews, these are some of the nicest ladies I've met in my life. Small town charm but they deal with high volume. Rarely any lines. By far my favorite post office

These guys have regulated the USPS daily digest email program to worthless USPS spam because they are no longer willing to scan the mail that they will be delivering to us. I suppose since they like to deliver my mail into my neighbor's box so much, they wanted to stop giving us the heads up as to what to expect in the mail so we would not be able to be cognisant of their poor performance.

This is another reason we need less government. The feds can't seem to run anything efficiently. Im at the PO 1 out of 3 packages I get, or tried to get. Service is getting worst and worst.

I’ve never had a great experience at a USPS, but this location in Sultan definitely goes above and beyond! Located on the main street and with ample parking spots, they provide all services you need. I came here to establish a PO Box and it only took a few minutes to get everything sorted out. The staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to handling shipments.
This location offers on call pick ups on Saturdays only from 11am-12pm and they have 24hour access to lobby for easy access your PO Box. Another perk to this location is they provide a physical address for those pesky services that do not accept PO Box as mailing address.

I have been to this post office many times to pick up or ship out packages. The staff are all very friendly and have gone out of their way to find packages that I mislabeled. I feel very comfortable coming to the location.

Refuse to use detour to deliver mail. Garbage,ups have both figured it out the customer service at the office is good but the courier needs some serious help beyond frustrating

This place is awful and probably one of the reasons USPS is inching closer to being shut down as a service due to just high incompetency. They literally act as if they can't call the couriers who deliver to certain areas to ask them about issues that come up during their daily runs. My advice make sure whatever you have sent has absolutely no value or you can get your money back in some way.

Cannot get anyone to call me back about continuous issues with my mail and packages. No management to oversee anything as the post master retired and they state nobody has been put in charge since. Absolutely ridiculous and I have given up on any hope of my mail issues being resolved. Beyond frustrating!
