Stopped in to get one wheel retorqued. The gal at the desk couldn’t fit me in today. Really? It’s a 1 minute job. Most places just send out a young guy on the spot. Not sure she knew what a retorque is.

Place went down hill rapidly after Jeff departed, every time my vehicles go in for repairs some other "expensive" problem happens about a week later , on 3 different vehicles now. Unfortunately there is nowhere else locally , and as another reviewer stated womanat counter talks down to you and she doesn't either listen or understand the described issue.

Heard good things about this place. I brought my son's car in because it was running rough. It cost Just under $1700. 5 minutes away the engine light came on. Brought back, kept it a week and said $1500 more - no guarantees. I asked for some consideration, He offered $100 off. Just the facts. Don't trust them if you're a new customer.

Update: After 17 years using this place, I still stand by every word of my original review. The only difference is the owner (who used to be one of the original mechanics) and office staff now, who are all just as amazing before. Still no surprises in the bill, still very accurate about what's wrong, or very honest about needing time to diagnose it.Look at the other reviews in town and you'll notice one thing - most of them say to get this one specific PERSON because they're great. This entire place is great.Original review: Started going to them when they said that the car brought in wasn't worth the cost of repairs. They said they'd be happy to do it, but that they felt the car would just be a money pit, and we might do better to replace it. I've never seen a mechanic turn down work that could easily have been a $500-$1000 repair every few weeks as the car broke down.They're always up front, down to earth, easy to understand, and so friendly. Estimates give you the low to high ranges, and Ryan is usually accurate about where he thinks the cost will actually be. No matter what, we have never gone to pick up a car, and been slapped with a bill higher than the estimate.Real small town service.

Wagley Creek Automotive is always reliable and does excellent work. The staff is friendly and very accommodating- they even provide shuttle service to customers in the area. I have been a customer for about 20 years and can’t imagine having to go somewhere else for car service and repairs. A BIG shoutout for Sarah in the front office who always helps me get the best service possible and is so friendly.Thank you so much!

These folks are friendly and very honest, and helpful. They were recommended by a very good friend of mine and her husband. They worked on my brakes, and now I am having them get me new tires, oil change, and a tune-up.I have checked other places but when it comes right down to it. The folks at Wahley Creek Auto are the least expensive and the most friendly and helpful of all places.I will recommend them to everyone I know from now on and will only go to them.Thank you, Wagley Crew.

My current daily driver is an older Subaru (The first Subaru I’ve owned) I know very little about Subaru engines and also know they can be unreliable. Previously I was taking my car to a Subaru only “Specialty” mechanic that was pretty out of the way. I felt the services there were okay but pricey and always felt like the car was fixed “just enough”I can say without a doubt that Wagley Creek will be the only place I take my cars to from now on. Sarah and the folks here are great! Very honest, upfront, and legitimately have my car running smoother than before after replacing the water pump, timing components, and some other items. They were able to spot some other damaged/worn items that the previous “specialty” shop didn’t and were super upfront with the extra repairs and even offered a discount.Services: Transmission

With only 25minutes left in the day this team took a look at the issue with my car, diagnosed it and got me back on the road so I could make it back to Vancouver.If I was local I wouldn't hesitate to take my car there for all repairs.Thanks a lot guys
