I am not one to post reviews but I felt that this morning’s interaction was so disgusting. You have a I would say young adult at best that was first thing to open at 9 AM. I’m not going to go into much detail, but she has no personality. Super freaking rude. No smile. Looks like she hates mornings and does not want to be there. You should definitely not have this woman working for your store. I’ve never seen someone look so miserable and give attitude to customers.If you don’t believe me, maybe you have cameras to actually see how she was this morning morning

Always easy to deal with and get in and out ... their recent addition as a free amazon PUDO Pick Up Drop Off location saves me money vs paying receiving fees

Very helpful staff at Sumas Letterlock, Amazon Hub. With Amazon Hub service being new, there have been some glitches, and confusion, resulting in frustration towards Amazon. Sumas staff have worked hard in the midst of this, being diligent to deliver parcels to the customers.

The most helpful staff. I went in with 2 pkgs to mail to Amazon and only had the QR scanner code. They don't have a reader so they walked me through the steps to cancel my return and get a label instead. Took me a few tries but they were so nice about it. Definitely recommend.
