The account setup process was super efficient and they have always sent me a 'parcel available for pickup' notification within the hour of packages being delivered. After account setup, you just use the address they provide as the Receiving address for your item.Furthermore, whenever I have walked into their store, I have always found a pleasant and courteous employee on the other side of the desk. Their charges are pretty reasonable too at $4 CAD or USD”
