This place is absolute trash!!
I have been hesitant to cross the border (like many other Canadians) even though I am a Nexus pass holder. I am a registered user for ShipHappens and they were holding onto one of my parcels. They decided, without contacting me, that because I had waited too long to pick it up, they just tossed it out. NO warning, NO contact, NO communication! NOTHING!! $100 PACKAGE DOWN THE DRAIN!! I will never EVER use their service again and I will recommend to all my fellow Canadians if they feel they REALLY need to buy US products at all, to use Letterlock or someplace else. This place SUCKS and does not give a crap about Customer Service. They put themselves first and don't actually give a crap about their Canadian buyers which are the reason they're literally in business still.

Great place great staff. It’s too bad. It’s not open on Sundays most people work during the week and they’re only time to pick up parcels is on the weekends.
