I’ve been crossing at this location for several months with no issues….a couple weeks ago, a racist old girl decided to disrespect the Jay treaty for no good reason….it seems, she was looking for fault….she sent me into secondary inspection. I was kept there for no good reason for nearly 3 hours….I was eventually allowed access to the US….I believe some people just don’t deserve to have any type of authority over anyone. Especially when they are racist. I’ve been purchasing gas from blaine Washington since 1991. Harassing me because I’m 1st nations

If I could give negative stars I would. Officer Perez is the most rude person I have ever met. She was unnecessarily loud and mean. When searching my vehicle they left all my bags unzipped and a mess. They spilled my coffee all over my car and left my tipped over Stanley cup on the floorboard which left a soaking soggy mess for me to clean up. Not to mention the contents of my glovebox left all over my floor and my car garbage dumped on it as well. ZERO RESPECT. I am appalled by the behavior of these officers and this border entry. Avoid at all costs.

My Uncle and I embarked on a Southwestern US bucket list road trip crossing into Sumas WA on April 1 2025 at 10am with a pick up and rv. There was a short wait in the line up after duty free and alot of the same questions that are to be expected when entering the US. No going through phones, strip searches or political view questions. Officers were all business as usual, again as to be expected. Your a guest in another country, keep your political views to yourself, respect the laws and life is good.

So far so good.Never had a major issue, you speak when you asked to, Don't go off to explain you are on empty and need ⛽. Keep it simple and you'll be on your merry way.About to renew our Nexus cards and then it will be a Breeze to go across.Can't complain when you are greeted by Handsome Hunks. We go at leasttwice if not 3 times across to get ⛽ and shop at Safeway for Meats and Seafoods ? ?? ? ?

Got pulled off to the side because I had bear spray in my car and you can’t cross the border with it. They searched my car even though I said I knew where it was. They found a fentanyl testing strip in my car that I have for emergency purposes (i come from a place of where fentanyl is a huge issue and has killed people I know) and accused me of doing and smuggling drugs (I have to get drug tested for my job, I don’t do drugs). Mocked me and were condescending. Searched and swabbed me and my entire car, found nothing (obviously). Then finally let us go an hour and a half later without even addressing any of the drug accusations. The officers here were very rude and on a power trip.

Truck too "new and fancy" to be an off-roader. THE MUD COVERING MY TRUCK WAS SO THICK, YOU COULDN'T SEE THE COLOR. So you searched it. I'm glad you were cute. The guy that searched my car was cool though

Horrible, racist officers.One of the officers kept yelling at my grandma who doesn’t speak English about her seat belt not being properly on. Made me get out of the car to help her and while helping her kept calling us Mexicans ( when we aren’t from there ) and saying how he’s been to Mexico and people there shouldKnow how to put seatbelts on. we are also Canadians and I was born and raised here coming from a Canadian officer was very disappointing. they really need to re evaluate their morals and how they treat people. Also how did they pass school if they can’t even read that my mom’s passport is from Nicaragua not Mexico thank you very much! lol what a joke

i was going back home from canada, however, i was suprised to find that nobody spoke in a southern accent and used curse words every time they made a sentence. what a scam 5 stars
