If I could give a zero, I would. The postal carrier hit our farmstand sign last month, last week they hit our dog while turning around in our driveway and he died. The supervisor of this post office did not apologize and told us we had to submit a claim to an office in Federal Way. I happened to check on an amazon order and saw on Amazon that my package was being held. There was zero notice from the post office that we had a package being held and there was no reason why the package could not be delivered. We stopped by to pick up the package and just asked why the package could not be delivered because we did not ask for it to be held. The supervisor was rude and told us that they would not be coming onto our property and that we had to move our mailbox. 1 - Moving the mailbox does not change that packages need to be put on our doorstep. It is unacceptable to be leaving packages on the main highway. We will be escalating this issue.

Drivers are very nice when I am able to talk to them. Unfortunately I am extremely upset with a few situations that have happened.
Twice in the last month, I have watched the driver from inside my house. He/she drives up to the mailbox, opens it and drops off mail and leaves withought getting out of the vehicle or even knocking.
I go get my mail a few minutes later to find a pink slip for a signature required package or certified mail letter redivery notice. This notice states that I wasn't available.
THE DRIVER NEVER GOT OUT OF THEIR TRUCK OR EVEN CAME UP TO THE DOOR. Please fix this issue.

We had to ship our US orders today from Sumas due to the Canada Post strike. Despite having to wait in line (they were busy!) it was an awesome experience! Clerk 08 was fantastic. He was friendly, made suggestions, walked me through the procedures/policies as this was our first time shipping from the US, making for quick and easy transactions. The other Canadians waiting in line were impressed as well! Thanks so much and Merry Christmas! Our customers appreciate still being able to receive their health products :)

Sent mail here, went to pick it up, "Sorry, we don't have it, and we don't have any record of it", checked with the seller, it wasn't sent back, it was "lost" because of lazy government workers.

Was on the phone trying to correct an address mistake and it didnt help at all.I guess I have to wait now for delivery to see where it ends up and pick up there.I wanted to get through to a real person to explain because the bot doesnt direct me to the correct place to change address on parcel.

Update August 2021- friendly to saltyI went in to pickup to parcels that were marked “held/ready for pickup”. Dude at the front counter lectured me on how he only has one person working and parcels haven’t been sorted. Then told me he would look for it, then lectured me some more, then begrudgingly looked for the second parcel, then lectured me some more. I get the short staff issue, but if my parcels are ready for pick up, they’re ready for pickup. No, I’m not coming back later. If the parcels aren’t ready, then don’t mark them as such in the tracking log. What a salty jerk.May 2021: Friendly Post Office. I needed PO BOX, which I reserved online. When arrived to finalize the paperwork, the clerk was kind and knowledgeable. I'm grateful to have found this location and crew.

Continously does not deliver mail. Leaves packages on neighbor's doorsteps. Won't leave slips at the door to inform package pickups. Zero customer service.

Twice this post office decides not to deliver my mail. The first time was due to weather so was understandable. However this time it seems they have LOST my TAX documents. I have informed delivery, and the mail that should have been delivered, was said to be delivered, but was not delivered. They said "we delivered all mail that we have for you". Well obviously not. I just moved to Sumas in November, this post office is making me want to move.
