Some initial difficulties with coordinating around a faulty gate, but it got straightened out. They were kind enough to issue me a rebate for my trouble. Clean, well secured units with new hardware and easily changed locks. Autopay makes the billing simple.

They don’t uphold to the discounts. Rented two units transferred from one small one online said the rentals were half off for 2 months. They tried charging me full price for both after was told personally I would get the 2 months. The manager only gave me 1 month for each and a transfer fee. Plus they practically force you to buy their locks, there is only 2 bathrooms accessible before 5 pm on the 3rd floor. Broken carts and parking to unload is very small. $134 for a 10x15 plus forced $13 insurance.

Not impressed. Gave 2 stars since it's cool seeing goats next to the facility. Otherwise it would a 1 star. Unfortunately these guys offer a key fob for a 5 star review so make sure you check it out thoroughly. Some areas stink here. Not a fan of the manager who seems to only smile when she's showing facility to new people. Price is decent but you get what you pay for and they don't do anything that makes me feel like my money is appreciated. So I will be moving my stuff out so I feel like my money is at least helping employ better people.

The location is great, it has lots of space, moving in my stuff was quite easy and the rates are customer friendly compared to most places I looked, Lily at the reception was amazing, she's friendly and has an outstanding customer service and explained everything that I needed to know in detail. Abigal and Lily were amazing! They gave me a thorough overview of my options for choosing the right storage unit, and never tried overselling me on something I didn’t need. They were knowledgeable, transparent, and very friendly. The storage units as well as property are pristine. I rented a 10x15 unit which has significant overhead space, and there business hours (7 days a week 6-10) make it easy to have access to my unit) They are priced competitively, and offer a very large lot for driving large vehicles in and out.I highly recommend Best Storage NW for any of your storage needs.

Best Storage NW really is the best. The employees are always so kind and helpful. I've gotten units here twice and both times they made sure I got a larger unit for a smaller price than I'd thought I was when looking online. Today Abigal set me up with everything I needed! Abigail was hilarious and most helpful. She made the experience very easy and non complicated ... she deserves a raise .. finding really good associate with a pride of there work is very hard to find ..she is a fantastic associate.. and shame on you for not giving this valuable lady more money..

I never had an issue with Best Storage Northwest. The location is great, access to my units were granted with my key card or number. I loved that ii would receive reminder notifications that my upcoming bill was due I would receive an email text or phone call.The prices did slightly increase recently but I think it was fair and just. Today was my last use of the unit and Brandon did such an excellent job making sure I checked out everything and gave me my receipt.Thanks again BEST STORAGE NW
