“I was rear ended and needed to get the damages repaired. The insurance adjuster for the gentleman who hit me recommended Caliber Collision and so did my insurance company. Michael was able to provide an estimate that the insurance adjuster was also able to have and he took the time to explain next steps and the process that was going to happen. My car was scheduled for the next week and Caliber was in contact with me through texts with progress updates and even able to keep the insurance adjuster and the car rental company informed so I didn't have to worry about I ut anything. They were able to finish repairs faster than expected too. This was my first accident in 35 years of driving and I was so afraid of how long and time consuming it could have been. Caliber Collision staff were very clear and patient with me. They helped me through something that was new and overwhelming by making it easy for me to have my car repaired. If I ever need Collision damage repairs in the future, they would be my first choice. Highly recommend them.”
“I got my 2024 Honda Civic Type R Tinted and Almost Full Paint Protection Film installed here. The guys here took care of me and my car, as well as messaged me along the way. “So express auto collision I would give them 10 stars if I was able to . Due to the fact, we called them up explain to them that we were in a auto accident and we needed an estimate of what the repairs were gonna cost just For our peace of mind and so we could pass it on to our Attorney. He got the ball rolling right away worked with us. He gave us a car to borrow until they were able to figure out the estimation of the cost which the car was completely totaled. Then he let us keep the car a little extra until we were able to get into our own vehicle. He also worked with us about storing the vehicle with the vehicle cost for the storage whether inside or out. He tries everything he can to make sure the client doesn’t have to pay the fees.. He let us keep the rental while the adjuster was doing their investigation of the auto Accident and the insurance claims, etc. I highly recommend express auto collision to anybody who has any body damage needs any auto body work done or just looking for auto collision place to take their vehicle to. “Many thanks to Scott !!! This guy is truly a blessing . My 17 year old daughter got into hit and run with a truck with no brake lights that cut her off and slammed brakes and she was able to swerve to the left but clipped her front passenger side. I took it to collision repair in Bonney lake and wow was the repair outrageous. I happen to see advertised on small sign Raleys Auto Body so I decided to call and he said bring it in.
I brought my daughters vehicle in ans he looked at it and with confidence gave me a number and approximate turn around time and we made a deal. Wow!!! Is all my daughter could say and yes he did an outstanding job and this guy delivered on the promise . Don’t mess around with high priced auto body shops. Scott is knowledgeable and super down to earth.
