I found Carsmart to be such a lovely place to come in, despite not being very experienced with cars or car maintenance. They were able to give me a pretty great price for an oil change, new wipers and coolant, and a very detailed inspection of my cars health that was texted to me, and they were even able to see me the same day before closing. They were very accommodating and professional, I never felt like I was being pressured to spend more money, they really seemed interested in just letting me know how my car's doing, how much of a priority different things are, and how to keep my car from failing anytime soon. Even though I never met him, Mike seems to have done a great and very thorough inspection of my car, and the gentleman who was helping me at the desk all day (Tyler) was incredibly kind, patient, and informative! Frankly they turned this scary first-time check-up into just kind people wanting to help each other out, and I look forward to coming here in the future!

This place has always been fair and through with me. They are very professional and polite. They are always willing to take their time to answer questions and explain things clearly to me about what needs to be done and never pressure me to get stuff done I don't need or don't need at that time. They are very good at telling me what needs to be done now and what can be put off. They have always been fair to me when I come in and I really enjoy the staff member Joey. He remembers me whenever I come in and any past issues I may have had. I highly recommend this place to get your car fixed.

This place feels more like a car dealership than a mechanics shop. Keep in mind Car Smart is a nationwide chain and their sales guys and technicians are two separate roles. Prices for parts and work are HIGH, but turn around time is very good so I will commend them for that. Just don't go into this experience expecting to have a conversation with a certified mechanic. Im not even sure who the certified mechanic is at this location... Anyways the people here are nice enough, but at the end of the day they are in the business of turning a profit. Im pretty sure the sales guys make commision or have a quota to hit. I get it everyones gotta make a living, but I'd rather give my business to a mom and pops shop with a personable mechanic if the turn around times are reasonable.

I have consistently experienced a “first class” experience at Car Smart. Their customer service is professional and informative. They provide a very comfortable area for me to work while I am waiting for the service of my truck to be completed. Their mechanics accomplish quality results and I am a very satisfied customer!

Very well taken care of!
Some concerns were addressed with a second visit ASAP, in regards to a tricky situation with an alignment.
But resolved, NOT the shops fault, but my faulty part (that I installed).
Will recommend Joey and his shop for services needed to friends and family ???

I was recommended this place by a friend. They have the best customer service I've ever had at an auto repair shop. I had an oil change for $50 that was well worth the price. They checked and topped off car fluids and Joey the manager gave me an itemized list for what my car needed in order of priority. They also took pictures of everything. If you're needing a place for your vehicle needs that's fairly priced, honest and won't strong arm your for extra services come here. You get what you pay for at this establishment. Thank you for such great service!!

Car Smart hands down!
I know that whenever I need to bring in my vehicle, that I will receive an honest diagnosis. What a relief that provides as a single woman with work that needs to be completed! Not to mention how nice the waiting area is - the amenities while waiting is such an added bonus!

I like to wait a while a while before giving a review so I can judge the longevity of the repair. It's been a while now and my truck still runs much better than it did before Car Smart repaired it. Easy to work with, communicative, and they are clear about their pricing in their estimates. They are a bit pricier than some alternatives, but their work is quality.

Ill give 5 starz cuz i know u do go wk. Although i see the claim u fix everything on all mks & models . I found a slight contradiction when i called to see if u can read codes for Ford 1990 F250 Obd1 Scanner . Person on the phone said they cant do that. After a few u tube videos i found how to read them with a paper clip , test light or Ohm meter. U can also buy an Ford Obd 1 scanner on Amazon for less than 30 dollars . So what ur saying is not that u cant. Its that u dont want to.
