“I don’t really want to share.. selfishly, but since Keyon asked if I would I am. First off, let’s talk about how great every person that works there is!! They all looked happy to be at work, communicated to each other, laughed, helped each other and just looked like such a great place to work! Second, They walked me through every step they were making on my car, checked tires, all my lights, Told me what they suggested or was alittle worn out. Third, easy breezy, you sit in your car while they do the work. Even the younger adults that worked there were very friendly, that’s surprising with them growing up in covid.. I’m a teacher so I’ve experienced having a different generation since. 10/10.. Thank you!!”

“Best-priced gas pretty much anywhere, but unfortunately they have some of the ghettoest customers. Too often while filling up, your ears are assaulted by all the inconsiderate punks, between their loudass systems rattling everything nearby, or them peeling out of the parking lot with their noisyass oversized tailpipes. Try to go during "off hours" to avoid dealing with the riffraff.”
“No tire shine or wheel polish, the license plate is taking some time to register in the conputer. Other than that everything is fine, the brushes seems to be soft.”

“Nice location and I found the staff to be extremely nice and helpful. Which was much appreciated because I've never been to a Brown Bear so I wasn't familiar with the process and they made me feel welcome and taken care of. I loved that the vacuums were free. I wasn't really impressed with the job the car wash machinery did - particularly for the cost. Lots of areas on the car body not washed very well.”

“I started going here when the vacuums switched to being free, AMAZING. They also have microfiber cloths out at the vacuum area to clean any spills in the car or wipe off your mirrors after going through the car wash. Cameron signed us up for the membership and is always polite, making sure we know of specials going on and that we have a new air freshener. It’s great for the mom-mobile that has to be cleaned out weekly.”

“I've been going to Mike on and off for almost 10 years. Mike has detailed my SUV about 4x and has done work on my car over the years. He has fixed paint chips, scratches, fixed my tail lights, replaced my bumper, changed my breaks, and has done a full tune up. He is fair pricing compared to many other mechanic places and I fully trust him with my car. It's not every day you run across honest and highly skilled mechanics. I recommend Mike for anyone who doesn't want to get ripped off by greedy America and inflation, without sacrificing an honest and quality job done right. He's really talented and fair. I appreciate business owners like this, because they are becoming more and more rare. Thank you for all you've done and thank you for being a stand up guy when so many others fail at that.”

“I am very pleased with this relatively new car wash in our community. The soap, cleaners, additives they use I can tell from repeated washes are of good quality.
On the parking slot for post-wash drying & patting… there’s good functioning vacuum on each side of the car, on each bay. Vacuum use is complimentary, as well as the use of microfiber towel & spray cleaner. Although I always bring my own microfiber towels in my car.
I especially like the membership offer & deals, which is cost-effective depending on level & frequency of use. Here in our area with frequent need for car washes, this is a good value proposition.
I have enrolled my car & my wife’s car in this monthly membership. Now, I don’t have to dread rainy days, as I can wash the car again at no additional costs.”

“I was frustrated with the very awful pay system and ready to drive away when Saymo saw me start my car to leave. I was here to wash/rinse off my tractor and the crappy card reader wouldn’t accept any of my cards. Saymo came all the way across the lot, dropping what he was doing, and offered assistance. He tried to help with the crappy card reader and when that didn’t work I told him I would use tokens but I couldn’t find the token machine. He walked me to it and it didn’t make change and I only had a twenty. He went into the supply room with a solution of tokens and change. We need more like Saymo. He flipped me from being angry and likely avoiding this location to writing this long positive review. Well done.”
