These guys are great! My Subaru needed a different engine put in it, the guys at Carroll's quoted me 1/3 of the price that another shop in Sumner was trying to charge me, saving me thousands. They did a great job and were very kind to me. It is not a flashy shop for those who want the visual appeal, but they are honest, hard workers. As a young woman who knows little about cars, I was very grateful to them for explaining things to me and not up-charging me like other shops tried to. I will definitely be coming back to Carrolls!

These guys are the best!! They stand behind their work every single time. I have been using them for 35 years now, all I have to do is call Aaron up and he gets me in and taken care of as soon as possible. It might take a few days to a week sometimes because they’re always busy….. but in my mind, that’s a good problem to have, lol.

Aaron is the Owner, and his strategic approach to the problem with the car is truly Fascinating! He approaches it from a logical and financial understanding on YOUR end. He takes 'baby steps' in order to accomplish the End goal. The allowance of this 'old-fashioned handshake' approach to TRUST is restored in a very dishonest world. :)

The owner was very nice man, found out what was actually going on with my car!!! Affordable place in the area, small little shop on the corner by freeway entrance in Sumner with an amazing and helpful crew. Things i didnt understand they walked me through what it was, where its needed and why absolutly amazing experience here. Reminded me of the small towns vibes and shops I grew up going to. I will be going here for future car needs and recommending it for others!

My experience with Carrolls was very disappointing. I understand that repair shops have to make money but the parts markup was ridiculous, if you need to make more money, increase your labor cost.
First, I was quoted a reasonable price, but still high, when I went to pick up my car the price jumped a couple hundred.
Second, the price markup was crazy high on parts, the parts (OEM) were almost the same or even double the price from a dealership. Found 12 online part suppliers that had the parts that were half of the dealership prices, not to mention that all the parts were discounted, bring the total down even more. I would say that Carrolls has a 60-80% markup on all their parts, or they need to find a better part supplier. Labor was fairly reasonable, at $140hr. Would not recommend unless you're willing to pay for premium pricing on standard OEM parts.
Was overcharged over $350 of what it should of cost.
