My complaint is of Chevron Sumner gas station in the Bonney Lake Lake tapps area at 17008 Forest Canyon Rd E, Sumner, WA 98390.
Their massively bright spotlights on top of the gas station pump awning are way too bright and shine southbound up the road on Sumner Tapps Highway East blinding traffic.
Driving northbound on Sumner Tapps Highway East along that whole road approaching that Chevron gas station on the left, those giant spot flood lights are shining right up the road and you literally can't see the road in front of you.
It's unsafe.
I'm assuming they put them up there for safety for their barista stand or just in general which is fine, but I have suggested that they swivel those giant square lights level with the ground it would still flood the entire property with light, but not shine up that road blinding drivers coming down it. I guarantee there's going to be an accident because of it.
I've reached out to Chevron Sumner and never got a reply. it fell on deaf ears.

It was late night and I was teaching my son how to pump gas and my card kept being denied. We tried 3 different cards and it eventually told us to see a cashier. The cashier saw us coming towards him and locked the door - it was 955pm and the store closes at 10. I tried to reason with the 15 yo working there but he didn’t care. Not cool. 0 for customer service! Luckily, we were able to get to the next gas station and fill up.

I went in last Saturday, and the rap music was so loud the cashier couldn't even hear me. I'll go to the other chevron next week

Dennis and his crew at Chevron are the absolute best. I have lived in this area for 23 years and I've been going to the Chevron that long. I watched Dennis grow up and become a wonderful store owner
