James, from CMS, helped us coordinate a move of my Snap On toolbox from my former work location to a new destination at very short notice. He helped us navigate how to hire a moving company for a single item that was heavy and needed shipping protection. Kevin, the moving driver and Nick arrived on time, carefully packed up my toolbox, and loaded it in the truck for a secure ride of 52 miles. CMS provided a tracking app so that we could watch the delivery route. The move was timely and safe. Kevin and Nick unloaded and unpacked my toolbox at the destination. The safe and timely move of my toolbox was a major blessing and relief to us since we had no idea who to call for moving a heavy toolbox until we called CMS, just two days before the move. We now know that a move should be planned well in advance, but we are grateful for the kindness and consideration of the CMS personnel for responding to our request and supporting this move so that the toolbox was moved safely without damage. Very much appreciated. Thank you.

It took 2 days to pack the house, but the workers made sure that we could sleep at our home (not requiring us to stay at the hotel). House delivery was done in one day. Toni Reed (coordinator) followed up with our service every step of the way.

We received excellent service. Our pyxis machines was picked up on time, and the crew meticulously secured the machines and wrapped them to prevent any damage during transport.

The team with CMS was excellent! Bastri and the crew took great care of us while moving us from one location to another within Western Washington. They were fast and efficient and were able to save us on the costs by moving us in one day. We highly recommend the crew and representatives with CMS!

Spencer (and partner) did a wonderful job with my delivery. They asked a few logistic questions, then delivered all of my big boxes quickly. No boxes were banged up and everything inside was in pristine condition.
