I waited in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes..I understand short staffing, busy times, but you should at least acknowledge and apologize for the long wait time.

Ben helped me with my transactions and was very helpful with opening my 3 accounts and he made sure I understood everything I was signing and signing up for . Everyone was nice and welcoming including all managers !! Feels like a family here !!
