Quick process for unloading. Check in get a pager and door number. Go to your door, open your doors and back in. The pager will go off when when they are done unloading you. Drive back to guard shack and return the pager and get your bills. If it wasn’t for having to pay so much for the parking at the truck stop down the road it would be the perfect place to deliver!

I can honestly say.. I'm a little disappointed. Came for an interview and was being open and honest about working in the wet depot several years ago maybe back in 2014 or 2015. Some personal issues occurred from out of my control. I did show up every day. But i did leave early and few times to deal with legal matters. And i had got truly sick with doctors note. If i remember correctly returning back to work about a week or so before my 90 day's was up. I had walked in clocked in put my work gear on. Then pulled aside and was let go. And i do understand the at will policy. Well after that i worked a few temporary jobs then joined up with one of the biggest tech companies and did very well.. proved myself for 4 year's. With a high level of training from the tech company. Well the company over expanded during covid. And now has been doing big cuts to jobs. And i was laid-off. And i thought to myself hey costco is one of the best and well known companies around. Maybe i could get another chance since time has pasted and with time comes change. Well my time was wasted and was shut down very quickly after interview. Even though i was told " oh we have 3 other interviews" but yet... i remember the first person of contact told me the busy schedule and had pushed my interview back a few time's. And Said there was one other person before me. At 6am. So right there told me exiting comment they had made there mind up very quickly. Even though i had previously had the experience and have alot more qualifications. I guess maybe that was a reminder that.. i know what I'm worth. And working at that depot isn't worth it. Great company.. just not the management. In my opinion. And why conduct the whole interview if it was a hard pass.. kinda a cheap shot stringing me along and wasting my time and effort and gas. Not to mention showing up early. I could of taken another interview with another company that was very interested.. but i put my eggs in one basket.. shouldn't of done that..

First time I was here, guards on lot had wands and directed me to the third lane to move my tandems and open my doors. I did. Then told me where to go to back into my dock. That was all fine. No problems. However, at 5AM this place was chaos, truck drivers everywhere trying to back into their dock doors, and others trying to leave. Since I was in the 3rd staging row, I was too far out to back easily into my space between 2 other semi trucks. One Guard told me to go back around and get closer. I did. Got BEHIND a semi staging his trailer and waited in the first row. Female guard comes up, asks me my dock number, then says I need to move up and follow directions. I'm thinking... no, I need to do what I need to in order to park at my ability. Suffice to say, I ignored her and got in and out quickly. Despite, dealing with other guards who want to rush you too and don't understand we drivers have protocols after dealing with a load.Second time here, a guard at the shack was friendly, but told me I could not have physical copies of the paperwork to my load. I later saw that was given in my notes. After sorting out my end of things... that takes time dealing with a large company on the phone, I made my way out. Another guard at the shack asked me, "What are you doing? Are you loaded?" Very rude tone of voice. I said yes. She left and then returned and said you can go.I understand they may have noticed I was in their yard along time, but they need to understand that getting information over the phone from a company takes ALOT of time. No need to be rude or imply through voice tones I was causing mischief. If that was their thinking... check your cameras!

I arrived an hour and a half earlier than the appt, they kicked me out and told me to arrive 15 minutes before the appt... In a city where there is no parking for trucks - “the best workers”!

arrived on time, they said wait. I waited an hour and a half, then I went to them and they lost my work papers and cargo and said sorry, your alarm clock didn’t work. this is completely irresponsible

Huge and busy place. 3 lanes in coming. Park in spot and walk to check in podium , get your well used blink buzzer thingy and find your door when it buzzes and wait to off load. No overnight parking. But while process from check in to leaving gate was maybe 1-1.5 hours
