I left a voicemail knowing the owner would be busy (also saying I was at work) and she sent me a text saying no problem at all the card was fixed! “On November 8th 2024 I ordered anniversary flowers for my wife. When the flowers arrived, I received notice from the driver. At that time, I discovered that I incorrectly entered an incorrect number in my address. By mistake I notified the driver and asked if she could do anything for me. It was my mistake, not hers and she replied. I will do everything I can to help you by the time I got home at the end of the day from work. Flowers have arrived. I must say the staff did an excellent job in helping me out in this matter even though they did not have to do that but they did and it really made my anniversary wonderful. I want to thank the staff their customer service is second to none and would definitely recommend this company to anyone? Thank you and have a wonderful day”

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Lady Bug Florist! We ordered a prom corsage and boutonnière, and from start to finish, the experience was absolutely perfect.
Her attention to detail is unmatched — every bloom, ribbon, and accent felt intentional and thoughtfully placed. You can tell she pours her heart into every creation. She was so kind, listened carefully, and made sure we were 100% satisfied.
The final pieces were stunning — elegant, fresh, and exactly what we had hoped for (if not better). If you’re looking for flowers made with love and artistry, this is your place. We’ll absolutely be back!”
“I called on August 1st to have a bouquet delivered to our house on the 2nd for our 44th wedding anniversary. I had scheduled a fishing trip out of Westport for the 2nd. (No shaming please) after a brief conversation with the employee, sorry the name escapes me, we decided on the type and amount. A week later the bouquet delivered on the 2nd is still exceeding expectations.”

“Super fun and chill place to take your children or grandchildren. Very spacious and with lots of things to do and a nice snack center to relax and eat some food and have some drinks. Very nice flower bed that you can wander through and take pictures. Great spot!”
