Staff is always kind, patient, very friendly, even when at least 6 customers waiting in line and the person they are serving is having a difficult time understanding Dr. Instructions the staff was so kind to this elderly man. Thank you pharmacy staff one and all for your grace under fire!

I just picked up a prescription and the floors were so dirty in the waiting area as well as the pharmacy area. It makes me want to move to another pharmacy if that is how they take care of things

I just got my prescriptions sent to this pharmacy when I moved to town and that was before I saw these reviews, then I saw these reviews and dreaded going to pick them up for the first time just assuming based on these reviews it would be a nightmare but it was far from. All my medications were ready to go, everyone was friendly and greeted me, even those in the back. I was In and out in 2 minutes. No complications. Fabulous customer service!

Spent hours at the hospital with my son severely sick. Finally got a prescription so he can try to feel better. Sumner Fred Meyer is where we choose to get his prescription filled. Now where home, no prescription filled, he's in the bathroom puking and another night of hell for him because your under staffed. Don't sell medications if you cannot fulfill your end of the deal. To make someone dependent on you for there health and then say your understaffed, not open today but still sell groceries makes me question if I will ever shop there again. Extremely disappointed

They will often be closed despite their posted hours saying they are open.
When you call the online number to refill a rx, it will process but it doesn’t communicate with the pharmacy and it will not be filled (has happened more than once).

I have used this pharmacy for many years however, the new phone system constantly sends out texts for scripts saying they’re filled and they're not and i either have to wait several hours or come back. This has been an ongoing problem for several months.Yesterday I had an extensive hand injury that resulted in major surgery and trying to get my prescriptions from this pharmacy has been a massive joke. They are always closed. I spent a FULL 24 hrs with no medication because I couldn’t get it from the stupid pharmacy!!!!These guys are great for regular meds you take all the time…aka the recurring prescription…but they are seriously not able to handle emergency med fills. This is a problem for a pharmacy and it gets passed down to patients who need the meds.I will be finding a new pharmacy from here on out. Because you never know when an emergency is going to pop up and this pharmacy is CLEARLY not equipped to handle emergencies when they arise.

The last two times I have attempted to fill prescriptions I have been met with incompetence and disrespect.Both times I ordered my prescription 48 hours in advance. When I arrived I was informed that they could not fill it for various reasons. When I asked why I wasn't called to be told this they informed me they didn't have the time for this. They just wanted me to show up and be met with issues once I was out of my medication. This gives me no time to work with my medical practioner to fix any issues (though both times it has been issues with the Pharmacy).I understand they work with sick and emotional people daily and are forced to work with those suffering through addiction, displaying drug-seeking behavior. This should not mean you approach everyone cold and rude. When I asked to speak to the pharmacist (as I am a medical practioner) he made eye contact with me and shook his head no.I'm astounded by the disrespect and I encourage anyone in Sumner to frequent Nicholason's Pharmacy or any of the other options available.

Staff does not communicate at all about when a prescription can or can not be filled. Have had a few experiences where the staff told me it would be ready next day and there were no issues. Until I go to pick it up and then they are unable to fill for reasons they knew about when I placed the refill.
