Came in on 2/14/2025. I got an older Asian man. I had to tell him 3 times to go shorter. I don't know why he wouldn't follow the notes. He tried to leave the front very crooked. I bad to point it out to him and told him this is the worst haircut I've had in years. I had to schedule another haircut at another shop to fix it. Definitely will not return to this location if he's still working there.

Lindsey cuts my toddler's hair, and she is so patient and kind! He hates getting his hair cut, but Lindsey makes it low stress and easy.
Parents who feel like you have to go to kids' salons, think again!
I have also been going to GC for decades for my own hair and am always happy with the price and service.

Great customer service and I was able to walk right in without any problems. Any questions I had about hair care products they answered in a polite Manner and overall is just a great atmosphere and place to get a haircut!

I have had three haircuts in the past 6 months here. The first one was so-so. The second stylist did a great job but was not there when I went in the 3rd time. The website states that they keep notes so that "all" stylist can give you the same cut. I guess the only note was that she had taken off 1 inch. The third stylist did her own thing and took off way more in the front than an inch. My hair is very thick and wavy and it shrinks after a cut. The cut has very little resemblance to the second stylist! Also, you can't ask for a stylist because of their policy and privacy matters. So if the stylist you actually liked is not there your out of luck, they won't tell you their schedule. You get who you get and you get a cut based on? Not detailed notes obviously. How hard is a layered BOB in this day and age? Ended up with a Dutch boy haircut instead.
