Brought my truck in to have all my fluids changed. Found out they didn't change the fluid in either Differential. Now I'm questioning what other fluids they didn't change. I would recommend finding a real mechanic shop to change your fluids. I will never go back.

I went down to this Jiffy Lube this morning when they opened, and the guy that was there came out with an attitude saying he couldnt help me, and that it was against policy for him to work alone and to go down the street. When I tried asking when someone would be in, he said dont know, go down the street.

Above and beyond customer service. It was raining today and my wipers broke so I didn’t want to risk driving to freeway. I went here to see if they have windshield wipers for my car (this is my husband’s go to place for his truck). They looked into it promptly and tried to see what they can do, unfortunately they didn’t as it has different connector and referred me to oreilly. They offered to spray rain-x, they wiped it down before I drove off, when they absolutely don’t even have to. Danny said it was for my safety (which I really appreciate). I offered to pay for the help, they refused. Thank you all 3!

Jiffy lube in Bonney Lake was wonderful. They're very friendly and knowledgeable. It only took them about 30 minutes from start to finish. So go check them out.
