Thank you Ian, Steve and the rest of the team. You made our second mobility van purchase a breeze. The staff here are quite knowledgeable and willing to make sure that you get exactly what you need/want in as convenient a way possible. I would use them again and recommend you do the same.

It has been a pleasure working with Ian with the purchase of our mobility van, I believe he is a true asset to your firm.He is always in good humor and shows a true caring for the people he is working with and i don't hold his handicap of being from down under against him at all. We all have to come from somewhere. All joking aside, i would recommend Ian to any and all that i know if they need a mobility van.I miss him already.SincerelyCharles W. Ivie

They rent sell and service everything ADA. I bought a couple of vans from them and also brought my wheel char lift vehicles here for annual service for the fleet. It was a little rough this time around due to our payment system with the fleet but next year we will try 30 day net to make it smoother so we don't have to do partial payments as we go. Thanks for the extra effort and helping us Change lives at my work where I manage the fleet.

Ian helped me process and educated me on the purchase of our van rear loading vs side loading during a really stressful time never tried to over sell me kept the budget amount plus I never thought I’d be here buying a van it wasn’t in the plan .Ian made sure of the safety and mechanical areas of the vehicle was top notch. It’s a very comfortable to say be able to say “I m not sure “and the staff was always willing to answer questions or find my answer

Michaela and Nick could not have been more gracious and professional! With true customer service seemingly disappearing in every industry, what a pleasure it was experiencing Ability Centers" commitment to excellence!! Thank you so much. Scott Goble

I drove my sister and brother-in-law down for an appointment twice, we sat and waited over 40 minutes both times for the man to to show up and create a key fob for the van that was purchased from you. He never showed. My sister had been there before for a same appointment. I feel it was very poor customer service to waste our time waiting for the key guy to show.

Earlier this summer I had them install hand controls and I appreciated all the staff that were involved from the beginning to the final step which was to show me how to operate my equipment…. Thank you everyone

I have to share my wonderful experience with the staff at Ability Center. Nick guided me through some trouble shooting on a Town and Country van with a troublesome right hand sliding door. His generousity with information and encouragement got me on the right path to a good repair. Thank you

We have been working with Ability Center since it was Kersey, for about 20 years. My nephew bought his first van, and now his most recent van from here. Previous experiences have been okay. Unfortunately after our most recent experience I think we will be taking our business elsewhere. We bought a $77K 2020 converted Sienna March 5 2021. Less than a year after purchasing it, the battery completely died. I tried to charge it and I tried to jump it - neither worked. I tested it and it read less than 5 volts and completely dead. So I called to ask if it was under warranty. My first answer was "likely, get it tested at autozone." I haul it over and have it tested again. Bad battery. I call back, inquire whether I can get a battery there and be reimbursed because the van should still be under warranty. "Usually no but I'll send an email to you for you to reply to with a receipt." I buy the battery, no email, I call back. "We don't do that. Bring the van to Toyota." I call another ability shop and it turns out this is a common problem and I need a battery with at least 800 CCA to efficiently power the conversion and Toyota wasnt going to provide that. Auto zone employee agreed and took the battery back. I found it at Batteries Bulbs Plus, who confirmed that I needed the heavier duty battery.I don't know. It just felt like I was getting no help and my nephew was stuck for days as I tried to get his van running. And sure it's only $250, but after spending $77,000 (outright) it just didn't feel right. It isn't as if he can just hop into a normal car, or simply rent a normal vehicle.
