This company just keeps getting worse, they changed to a new system and apparently don’t do delivery to the same places the have been delivering unless you send new paperwork. Past 3 weeks I ordered parts for two cars, first ordered, parts got canceled because they got broken. Ordered a different part and apparently bumper got lost in transit(never got notified till I called a week later to ask where my part was) third ordered has been over 3 weeks and still have not received it.
DAN R. CARON, is who I have been working with, zero communication, I’ve asked him to call me and he just emails. I call doesn’t answer but emails right away. It’s about to be a month but have not received an item.

Really bad customer service experience 2 young females were not helpful) ! Refused to check on part availability and hang up on me or doesn’t answer the phone after calling back
On my 6th attempt reached Fernando who was helpful and able to locate part for me in California thank you

I found this business looking for a replacement engine for my 2010 Escape. They had what I needed, and their price was better than the other places I looked . They had a 6 month 6,000 mile warranty on a used engine.

Do NOT use LKQ! Don’t make the same mistake that almost everyone in the rest of the reviews made. I’d give them half a star but that’s not an option. The level of incompetence is the only thing they excel at. I ordered a part and specifically ensured with a rep that this is the exact part and she assured me that I got the right part and we even confirmed the part number, I asked more questions just to make sure it’s the right one and they still sent me a completely different part. Having to call them about it and being bounced around and them trying to blame me even though they reviewed the conversation where they were clearly in the wrong. Then once that was sorted out, dealing with them paying me back was also a hassle. The funny part is, they pride themselves on putting women in a predominantly men dominated field, which completely backfires here because of their incompetence. That part didn’t bother me at all until they reminded me why unnaturally forcing things where they shouldn’t be does not work and produces the opposite effect.

Rated five stars for the staff's friendly atittude and their very generous policies. Staff is very understanding and their policies align with the fact that they know parts from junkyard cars sometimes just don't work, and that's normal. I really appreciated that, as well as their friendly demeanor.
Other reviewers are correct in that they are typically closed from 12:00-1:20 or so for lunch. Don't plan on going here during that time! The door will be closed and locked.
Otherwise, pricing is fair and they're happy to work with you to get things done right. That, I really appreciate.

I ordered two doors for my Toyota, this company sent them broken, not considering that I asked them to pack them, they said it's okay, these doors are not new, considering that the doors cost $1500 per pcs, the 3rd time I called them, they refused to send me other parts, they just didn't pick up the phone.
They don't give a dam for the people. If you don't like what you do don't work there!
