“I have been using this lab for about a year. It has always been a satisfying experience for me. The staff is completely professional and efficient. I try to get there shortly before they open in the morning, so I can get in and out quickly because it does get busy between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. It's conveniently located and there is ample free parking.”
“My husband is very afraid of injections, but they took blood very professionally, it didn't hurt at all. We also had to take blood from a vein for our 4-year-old daughter, she was very afraid, but the he took the blood so quickly that she did not have time to feel anything. A girl on the same shift took my blood. I've never felt so comfortable before!”

“Despite the protocols for Covid in place to get into the building, it's really a very decent place to go get lab work done. The staff is friendly. The phlebotomists are skilled. Generally the wait times to get into the lab for bloodwork is relatively short. It's been five minutes or less the last several times I've been.I give them full snaps for keeping the medical environment pleasant and not intimidating in the least. Very professional too!”

“Divina is awesome! So kind and efficient. Helped so many at once. I was a walkin and still in and out in about 20 ish minutes. 2 days before when I did she had to verify test and proper way to conduct it .. she didn't hesitate and had it figured out in about an hour called and let me know I could get it done asap.. as it was a fasting and I didn't expect her to find out so quick I'd already ate.. shes amazing and I am so appreciative”

“Made an appointment yesterday, after I was told a $300 test was only $70, if I purchased it on their website, vs paying the insurance companies cost.I got there a few mins early. Checked in on the kiosk. Was taken back on time.Oddly enough, with Healthcare being so short staffed I had the same tech from my appointment at the canyon rd site lolAgain, barely felt the draw, even when my vein decided to go missing for a second.So happy they told me about this option and to not to be shelling out $300!”

“Had a lovely experience with a phlebotomist today. Her name is Teresa, and she is the absolute best. I have veins that make most blood draws a nightmare;several stabs on both arms, etc. You know the drill. Well, Teresa was so smooth I didn’t even feel the needle go in, and I was watching.too. She is AWESOME!!!”

“The phlebotomists at this location are fantastic--no bruises! I've been to this location twice and both blood draws were a breeze. I have fainted in the past and don't do well with needles and the phlebotomists were very accommodating.The wait can be a little bit long at this location depending on the time of day, but I don't think this is due to anything the staff can control. I'd happily wait to see a superb phlebotomists than wait a short while and have my vein get all messed up.”
